Title: Introduction - Nita's Struggle

I understand that she has two children but I sure would sending me resume out.  She is working for a firm that does not appreciate her hard work or award employees for loyality.  I say look for another job that won't keep you away from your children, she has sacrificed he childrens happiness for job where hard work is not appreciated.  I wish I could feel bad for her, but she ignored her children.  Don't like Nita right now!!!  I am hoping that my opinion of Nita changes.  I on the side of the babies!!!

Don't be so hard on her yet. Fear is a motivator not to move. Especially when youre a single mother. You use fear of the unknown as a crutch...when you have viable employment...stepping out and starting over is almost your worst nightmare. All of that along with personal issues influence your actions. Don't judge her yet...she's layered...there's a lot going on with her.
