Okay, so I am still finding it quite hard to warm up to Nita; her parenting skills leave a lot to be desired  I know it's hard to be a single parent, but she needs to invest more time in her offspring and less in the job that seems to be sucking all the life out of her.

Sucks that her work nemesis is the one she has to be grateful to for rescuing her son!  So glad she didn't have to call Steven, as that would give him the ammunition to make good on his threat to take the kids away from her, or at least aid him in his bid...

I know she's trying, but she just needs to redirect her energies a little and make sure her kids don't slip away from her. 

Loving this tale and looking forward to the next installment.

and don't you ever downplay this story ever again! i love every single one of the character, flaws and all.

though i wanted to yoke Deja li'l ass up when she was getting out of pocket.

Nita's truly sucks as a parent, but she needs to try and repair the damage.  She can start by spending more time with child.  Start by taking the time that she derserves from that job that doesn't appreciate her.  Russ is riding up on trusty steed to rescue Nita and her family.

I really feel for Nina; hopefully she can patch things up with her kids...her ex is a real piece of work...fortunately mine is not quite as bad.

Thanks for a great update.  Nita is like Rodney Dangerfield, she gets no respect...LOL, only joking.  Her brother is great to be all of those things to her.  I hope that she will choose her children over her job because it seems like her daughter needs her to be her mother right now.  I wonder how her son is doing.  Is he acting out too?  Thanks for a great update.

I really like this story.  Life just isn't fair, is it?  So now what is buddy boy going to do now that he's in the seat and doesn't know his head from a hole in the wall?  LOL.  I can't wait for more.   (Plus the fact that he's attracted to her just adds to the drama.  LOL that she shoved his chair away from her.  Not a chance, white boy!!!)
