I love the relationship between Reille and her parents. I appreciate her mother not wanting to worry the kids with her illness, and encouraging Reille to continue her education after the truth was revealed. You have a knack adding information, without distracting from the story.
Author's Response: Breast cancer is a subject that is literally near if not dear to my heart. In my case we did tell my daughter and I was the one that was away and she stayed home for college which she would have done anyway. So I can actuallly speak on this one.
