Fantastic plotine and writing style! You know the characters so well and you incorporated a lot of details from the show. I hope season 4 of True Blood will be written in a way that stays true to the characters personalities like you were able to do here. Thank You for a well thought out and entertaining story!

I read all chapters again and again and still can't get enough. Like I said before this was well written and you are really really talented. I just like this pairing. A lot. Obvious, ain't it. LoL! Will there be another part to this story. Maybe one in which they are living together and perhaps a Franklyn re-visit? Sorry if I sound demanding, but dare I say that I am hooked to your story line. Thanks for taking us along this jouney into your world. It was an enjoyable ride.
Author's Response: I haven't forgotten about my girl, Tara. I've been focusing on cranking out chapters for my original fic, Crossing the Finish Line. I just finished two new chapters and will be posting them soon. In the meanwhile, I will be starting a new Eric/Tara fic. I haven't decided if I'm going to make it a one-shot, short story or an extended fiction like Bit of Warm Comfort. It just depends on how much time I have available. Thank you for your loyal readership and being a fellow Tamshipper. We've got to stick together and keep their story going because the writers on TB aren't doing it. Excellent story. I like Tara/Sam pairings. I think Sam will make her very happy! How about a Tara/Eric story. I think he is very sexay!

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful Tara/True Blood fic with us...you really are a very talented writer...I was totally engaged from start to finish...I love the character of Tara from TB...I love that she isn't the conventional "heroine"...but she is strong and a survivor to go through the things the writers of TB have heaped upon her head...yes, she makes a lot of foolish decisions usually ending with disastrous results...but you know what....she's full of heart....she's beautifully flawed...vulnerable...yet resilient....and uncompromising....she's views the world in black and white instead of shades of gray...but considering the world she inhabits...that might not be such a bad thing...I think I love her with Sam more than any of her other parings...they just seem to "get" each other...though I was thoroughly entertained this past season with the introduction of the vampire Franklin Mott into Tara's orbit...the character was so brilliantly portrayed by James Frain...I can honestly say that I could never "hate" him...but not condone his misguided and often dangerously obsessive actions towards Tara...and he made me laugh...though Tara's situation with him was far from even being remotely funny...but the role was so fleshed out and nuanced...that I could appreciate his presence in her life....YAY...a happy ending for Tam....I'm so excited....thanks again...looking forward to more of your stories in the future....

I wish the writers for the show would really make Tara and Sam a couple. I am so bored with Sookie/Bill/Eric.
Author's Response: I hear you! I not sure why, but when it comes to Bill/Sookie/Eric triangle, I like Charlaine Harris' version better. However, I love what Alan Ball has done with the Tara character I just wish he'd let her find happiness for once. I was hoping that would be with Sam, but I guess not. At least I have my imagination.
