I have to say Alandra is quite a Beotch to Mateus at times..she has so much attitude it can be very unattractive .but he seems to take it all in stride to his credit..he handles her well.
I knew eventually they would end up giving in to the nookie but I am surprised after the lights came on she was still forward..pleasantly surprised at that ..maybe that cold shell has got a little fire under it!!
Great job Nana but leaving us hanging dors nothing but make us beg for more!!

I am so glad that you updated and I loved the kiss...even if it was short. It was incredibly sweet. I'm so digging this story.
However I have to ask...why is she so angry all the time? I understand her not wanting her business running rampant around the office but she acts like he did it with malicious intent and he didn't. He was concerned... I'm all for a strong independent woman but sometimes she comes off as if she has a HUGE chip on her shoulder...especially with the people who really care about her. Perhaps that stems from her upbringing with her mom but she should loosen up a bit. Anyway I love Mateus. I think he's absolutely gorgeous...inside and out!

Author's Response: I think I project myself onto Alandra a lot of the times when I'm writing her. I try to write sassy and I think it just comes off as mean. The way I wanted her portrayed wasn't mean or bitchy, just not used to trusting anyone other than Julio. A lot of that has to do with her mother; the person you're supposed to trust with your life, she wouldn't trust with a gold fish. I am hoping that she won't need Julio's swimmers after all. She is attracted to Mateus and we know that he's attracted to her. Her mother is such a 'itch and should be destroyed. Great new chapters thank you for updating. Mateus is HAWT!!!
Author's Response: It's funny, you say that. I wish I could destroy her mother, I based her off of a friend's mom who is pretty much all kinds of crazy loon. She's very manipulative, controlling, and just overall nuts. I wish she were just confined to the darkest corners of my mind, but unfortunately she's walking among us *shutters* I'm glad you're enjoying!
