There is more involved than just breaching an agreement. He's gone back to his home country and he is someone who succeeded that many people there look up too. Like an idol. So, if he breached the contract not only could he be sued for everything he has but he would let down a nation of people. In a sense, he'd be turning his back on his country. Now, to ask a man to do that for you even when you can is wrong and Brandy should know that. It's narcissitic because if you know he signed the contract before he even knew you and that he's just fullfilling an obligation, it really is not a biggie. But,I wouldn't go around calling Maks my boyfriend and risk looking like a silly ho. So, it would mean keeping their relationship secret until the big reveal and that could take months. But, the important thing would be to let Maks do the honorable thing and to trust him and your love.

i think maks and brandy needs to go off and cool off and sit down as adults and work it out i thinks maks genuinely forget. kelly and serena should sit down and work things out and kelly should give val a chance age dosenot matter as long as the people invovled genuinely love each other

Wow! I can't believe you actually went there with the whole "Bachelor" situation. Maks is kind of scary at times and Brandy is just too impulsive, but I love it. You have them down pat. They really seem to be this way. I wonder what will become of Kelly and Serena. Anyway, this chapter was great. Very well written. Can't wait to find out what happens next.

Oh Boy...If Maks signed the contract already then I guess he is obligated to go...Their love is strong enough to survive, I'm sure of it. Maks did go to a dark place and it scared me a little just reading it lol but I don't think he would ever take it further than pinning her on the bed. I'm sure they can find time to be with each other while he is away...it just sucks that he is gonna leave after things were getting good and their love was intensifying. They are smart, they should def. work it out-for real.
I think Kelly should at least talk to Serena. I mean they both were kinda in the wrong for their actions and what was said, but it's nothing compared to losing a friend. Even if it means being totally honest.

Oh my...gah...um...first of all I want to say thanks for sharing this story. I especially enjoyed reading the tender moment between the two...but golly it turned crazy in the next second. It's like two steps forward and three steps back. I'm rooting for these two...I really am and while I understand Brandy's anger I felt that calling him a "stupid bastard" was a bit harsh. Learning that your man is going to do a dating show with 25 other women IS a HARD pill to swallow. Not sure if I would "wait" either...and I probably wouldn't wait...but that's me and this is fiction.
Maks? Well...for a moment I was afraid that it was going to get violent. I understand his passionate anger. How did he forget though? I just don't get how his contractual obligations to do the show was forgotten I would prefer that he not do the show...

If you ask me...I'd say that Brandy acted a bit childishly...didn't she but a few moments before make a vow to trust her man...but at the first hint of trouble...she's ready to bolt and run...and I'm not excusing Maks' behavior...a man putting his hands on his woman is never acceptable...no matter if it was done in the heat of passion or out of fear of losing her...he acted irrationally too...but at least he pulled himself up and apologized immediately...Maks is a man that I feel at times is too passionate...he loves Brandy I have no doubt about that...but he is also very possessive of her...he has trust issues too...but not to the extent that Brandy has them...Brandy is right...they shouldn't rush into anything...at least until they work out some of their issues...about him doing the Bachelor show...if it's just a contractual obligation as Maks has stated...then neither one of them have anything to worry about...right...but I understand how hard it would to watch my man on a 'dating' show with him as the 'prize'...and Maks should be a bit more understanding since he blew his top when Bran was on Lopez talking about flirting with some cop when they weren't even in a committed relationship at the time...yep, they need to both cool off and then they do need to talk like two grown adults...
Kelly...Kelly...what's going on babe...Val rocked your world last night...and she's worried about what other people will think about her if she starts openly dating him...that girl has issues too...and she should know better than most that age ain't nothing but a number...she could be throwing away the best thing that ever happened to her before she even gave it a chance...at least give the man a chance to really get to know you...that's all he's asking for right now...
Yeah, Serena was foul with how she handled the situation with Kelly and Jamar...especially when Kel's been her girl...I still don't understand why she just didn't simply pull her over to the side earlier and explain the situation to her like a real woman...you don't blindside your friends like that...humiliate them publicly...foul, foul, foul...so now she's contrite and wants to right the wrong...but guess what...she's on Kel's timetable...not hers...Brandy gave her some sage advice...hope she takes it...wow...these women are something else when it comes to matters of the heart...it's strange how they can see each other's situation with so much clarity and goof their own love lives up...
Loved the update and can't wait to hear the Kelly/Serena conversation...and Maks and Brandy...you've got me scared for them...can they work it out...because they surely can't live happily without each other...thanks so much for sharing this amazing story...and sorry for being so long-winded this time...

I don't know if Maks and Brandy are gonna make it. Everytime there's a problem Brandy is flying off the handle. Can she ever calm down and learn to discuss things first??? Its annoying. Maks is really in a pickle and I feel for him. Wow Kelly and V seem to be trying to make a go of it but time will tell. Serena is a case but glad she's trying to reach out to Kelly.

I think that Maks should do the show. It will only strengthen their relationship. Hopefully, once and for all remove any doubts that Brandy has. You don't miss your water until the well has run dry. Kelly and Val I'm rooting for. I really hope it works out. Kelly and Serena....let her suffer a little....hopefully she will grow up. Then, maybe their relationship will be stronger. Certain things friends just don't do.
