I certainly hope Raylan's having just as much difficulty being without Rachel as she is for him. Gutterson may be cool but he's no Givens.

This show is one of the very few dramas I watch (The Closer and Two and a Half Men rounds out my list of TV viewing), so I'm esctatic that you're writing a fic for Justified. And let me tell you girl, i was pissed that Rachel wasn't on this week! i hope they [TPTB] shove that heffa out of Raylan's bed and bring on an IR relationship...that actually works! Since they - TPTB - don't have the intellect for an interesting coupling, i'm happy to see that you do. :)

Author's Response: Thank you. Basically I'm using a little implied history from the show. Ava had a crush on Raylan when they were younger. She was too young for him to even consider entertaining the thought but when he returned to Harlan during the first season of the show, they embarked on a little 'physical' love affair. Winona is Raylan's ex wife and they do still have feelings for one another. There is no romantic relationship at all between Raylan and Rachel on the actual. They team up for cases at times and they do playfully tease each other. However, in my world they have Unresolved Sexual Tension. This is a figment of fanfic imagination with actual elements from the show mixed in. I hope that helps.
