This is a good story and although I know she has been pining after Nick I think that Bas might be interested in her. I can't wait for the next update to see if my conclusion is right.

Is Emery really this dim...does she not realize what is happening right before her very eyes...Bas is so over the moon for her...he's definitely thinks of her as more than just a 'friend'...and I bet he is just as frustrated as I am that Em can't see see the forest for the trees because she thinks she's so hung up on his brother...I'm getting 'friends' vibes between Nick and Em...he cares for her...appreciates her inner warmth and beauty...but as a dear friend...almost like family...but he only has eyes for Cady...he is definitely in love with this one...
How long is it going to take Em to see the light...I hope not too long...though I do enjoy stories of unrequited love...I do need payoff...Sebastian is the man for Emery...fingers crossed that she realizes this sooner rather than later...

I just read the whole story again, has Nick ever given Em any indication that he has feelings for her. Then he is sending her mixed signals, telling her how sexy she is, then introducing Cady has the sunshine of his life. Makes me want to hurl!!! Is Bas in love with Em? I want Em to wake up and smell the coffee!!

I dont see anything but a "brotherly" love Nick seems to be displaying for Emery. Bas is in to her, even if she doesnt know it. Go for Bas! He's the whole package.

Ah Bas, did I see a glimpse of maybe some not too friendly feelings for Miss Em. I think I did. And he seems to be a tad pissed at her right now. And watch my girl not have a clue.
Em might like Cady in spite of herself.
