It is about time that someone told her the truth about Bas's feelings, since he was too chicken to do it himself. NIck has come up in my opinion, I even kinda like him now.

Well...who'd have thunk it would be Nick to finally get Em to see the light...the question is...what will she do about this new 'enlightenment'...something tells me that Em has some serious soul-searching to do...can she see Bas in this new light...can she return his feelings...was she subconsciously using her 'feelings' for Nick to mask what she was feeling for Bas all along...some many questions...and I can't wait to see what Em does next...I know what I want...but I guess I'll have to wait patiently to see what happens next...lol...love this story...hope another update is coming soon...

Short but good, sort of confused on why she's crying though....hmmm. Anyhoo, there's one part where you meant to write Bas, but instead wrote Nick. A few minor typos, but other than that I loved it!

Thank goodness you ended that early. I dont think I could have stood too much more of Emery's love connection mantra. However, I honestly dont know how I feel about this chapter. It was meaty, and the implications are huge! I can only guess the reason Nick never truly went for it with Em is because he knew what Sebastian felt for Em was probably the real deal. He said he cut his heart out, but isn't all.....within reason... fair in love and war? If he truly felt as strongly as Sebastian does, I would think he would have told him to go to hell and may the best man win. Why would he be that accommodating? Bas isnt some charity case. He's as rich, powerful, charming, and good-looking as Nick. Is that partly why Nick moved to the UK? To give Bas free reign to get his girl? To get over Em? Or maybe he didnt want to rip his family apart for one woman. Well, she at least has her answer now. Either way, Nick didnt fight for her, so forget him! Hmmm..this is big!
