I feel sorry for the man who was still invested in this relationship.  I'll love him.  She doesn't need to for herself---I hope he finds someone who loves him unconditionally, everlasting.  As my mother said---you can't fall out of love with someone.  You just never loved them in the first place.  Because love is forever and I sincerely believe that.  I realize the story is not really about him---more so her and how she's fallen out of love with him.  But he's more interesting to me.

So poignant. I love this song -- the George Michael version is wonderful, too, but the original Bonnie Raitt  version always makes me cry. :)
