David is a very wise man, and Scott would do well listening to him right about now. He needs to stop pushing Diedre away and start again by being friends with her.....use this time to get to know her again....ask her out on a date, get to know her and the children, just like any man would do when dating a woman with children. In time he will start to remember what he loved about her in the first place and his memory will return. And if it doesn't they will make new and better memories!
