Okay so she did go the hotel but she kept it PG. I guess I can go with that. I'm an impatient girl so I'd have come out swinging. But you write John so well and so true to character that I can't imagine him behaving any other way in this situation. So I guess if they're going to work things out she's going to have to play a little close to the vest. Excellent chapter Ellen once again.

Okay, so I haven't had the chance to read this at Divas so I'm happy you're posting it here. Lovely first chapter and love your characterization of Evangeline. John's passing 'she should be over it' stupidity made me pause but I'm sure he's on the road to redemption so I'll let it slide. Can't wait to read more Ellen. Thanks for posting it here.
