(tears up) Omg I literally have tears coming out of my eyes. This probably one of the best interracial love stories ever . It was interesting from beginning to end and I am so glad at the outcome of the story. I was expecting one of the lovers to die but im ecstatic that it didn't happen. In my time writing this fanfics I've had a few reviews that I left me feeling humbled but yours truly rises above all these others. I've never had someone told me that one of my stories brought tears to their eyes or considered it amongst one of the best interracial stories ever...Amazing! You've really left me speechless, feeling awesome and inspired once again. At the moment life and work have gotten in the way of me writing again for this site bc I know I have to really bring it. This was a great story. I was expecting Joseph to go that way. I am happy that they are together and raising their son. I do feel bad for Joe, but it's so hard to not cheer for Jonathan because he and Celia were lovers, first.

It was good to see Amy get what she deserved and Andrew too. I love how Celia and Jonathan stood up to him. And even though Celia didn't wait until her marriage was over to be with Jonathan, Joseph wasn't a saint either. Plus, I still think that he and Lydia had something going on....and that gossip about one of her kids being Joseph's just peaked my curiosity. Not to mention, that woman on the boat; they may make a genuinely good couple; he might can change her way of living.
Surely, this isn't over.?.? I mean, Celia's pregnant (yay her); kudos for that BTW. That hussy that caused their relationship to end in the first place knows about them now and knows that Joshua is Jonathan's (well has a gut feeling); she can possibly try to ruin his career and I am dying to know what her husband wants to talk to her about and why he is soooo angry; could it be that he knows what kind of games she had been playing?
Again, THANKS for letting us (more so, ME) travel down this road with you. Can't wait to do it again!!!!!

Gosh Vie you have laid out most of the loose ends...LOL!!! I am impressed about you pin pointing a whole lot of them. My brain is really occupied at the moment. It's fairly easy to think up a Tangie fic but this story has a lot going on...my fault but it is a story that is dedicated to the readers and deserves good writing. It is over...nooooo!!! Though a happy ending I am happy about I didn't want it to be over so quickly!! I love this story and I am so grateful they todk Jonathan's stinking ddaddy off...and booted him!! I am sad Joseph was hurt but He didnt love Celia really..it was a pride thing!! I am so happy their family is finally complete and hopefully they will have a girl to make it even more wonderful!!

Bravo Chocolate, Bravo!! Oh it's the end? But it was such a great ending too. I had thought that the storm of Joseph and Andrew was going to be longer, but I'm glad it wasn't. Now for Joseph to give all his love away for Joshua because he couldn't have Celia tells me that he only love the boy as long as he had Celia. I'm sad to read that, but it was best for them to end things and I'm sure he is with lady love at the sea anyway. As for the old fool Andrew. Good riddance. I'll give you a little history. Back then when the men went off to mahogany camp or the sea women knew what they did and what happened was that they ended up having their own "side romance" as you say ala Sonia. Victorian times you married for wealth and political gains and had affairs. Of course if I was writing about modern times I wouldn't necesarily go this route because I don't approve of cheating either maybe in the case of Todd and Evangeline...;)

Another great chapter Chocolate. Okay, first off I can not stand Jonathan's Father. He seem like a greedy bitter man. And how does this bitter man call Celia a witch? Bastard. Now I know were Jonathan gain his charm. It was from his lovely mother. Let's hope that Jonathan go tell he father where to go when he arrived to Jonathan's home. Oh I just loving the family bonding from Celia, Joshua, and Jonathan. It so sweet and it's great to see Jonathan so happy compared how he acted when he was with Amy. Speaking of the silly woman, she and Sara are a trip. Yet both of them are out of luck because Jonathan as move on and they might as well too. Great update and I know major drama is going to being in the next chapter. I can't wait to see what will happen next. :)

Mr. Andrew Campbell felt that the world owed him when he had all the wealth and power. Thought he could boss people around including his son but thankfully Jonathan was more like his mother which made Andrew more pissed off :) Don't you just love family togetherness. Thats why I love readers like you because you recognized the contrast in Jonathan's personality - he is happiest with the woman he loves. Amy and Sara's appearance was an indulgence of mine. So it was the Lydia...I so thought that was Joseph...good one chocolate...I was biting my nails wondering what would ensue.
A reunion of love at last...Celia can't completely let go, for good reason. She has that dark cloud over her head. I believe that true love should prevail...but I don't want Joseph to die. I want him to find someone who can love him completely. Celia's heart never belonged to him.
