I really like this story sweetie. I was apprehensive about reading it at first cause I usually get upset reading stories about times of oppression and slavery but I giving this one a try and so far it seems very intriguing!!..I cannot wait to see what happens between Celia and Dr. Campbelll...I am kind of mad at him for letting her and their baby be kicked to the curb by his father but I think he may have been just as hurt by his father's action as Celia was...I do not want to see Celia's husband hurt cause he really loves her and the baby but Dr. Campbell's wife needs a swift kick in her butt and to be shipped off to never never land...I cannot wait for more sweetie..good job!!

Dr. Campbell's father was a man set in his ways and it didn't matter if it was his own family. This story is complicated because there are no real bad guys except for maybe Amy...LOL!

Great story thus far. I am quite interested in how Celia and Jonathan's love came to be. It seems as if he may be ready to take the bull by the horns and throw caution to the wind. I hope he fights for his love and go through hell and hi-water to get her. Is he aware of Joshua at this point? Because if not, then the plot thickens.!.!. I am favoriting this story and will patiently wait for more updates. Love your cast, by the way.

This story makes me so giddy!!!! I felt his lips on me when he kissed Celia. That had to take all of her strenght to tell him not to kiss her.

Well you see better than the author does...LOL!!! This story can lead down so many roads and I'm playing sort of a game with myself when it comes to the outcome. They are attracted to each other but Celia's world is safe for her right now. There is nothing wrong with her marriage because Joseph is a supportive husband and was there for her in a critical time. Jonathan isn't happy with much of anything in his life but does that mean that attempting to be with the love of his life is the answer...what will this do to her life? Questions...questions but we shall see...;)
