Now I know why I haven't like Amy since she was first introduced in this story. That is a sad way to try to keep a man by drugging him and making him believe he made love to her willingly. Even if she and Jonathan did the deed or not. Oh Celia and Jonathan have my heart with their meetings. You can just see how much the want to be together, but due to times they just can't give into their feelings just yet. Plus that fact that they are both married put a hold on some things too. *lol* I can't wait to see what happens next Choclate. :D

Amy wants to have control and this is her way of still having it. In the past he has turned a blind eye to her defiant behavior but because of Celia he is starting to change his approach towards her. Amy hasn't figured it out as yet ;) Yes they are considering the period and the fact that they are married BUT if you are that close all the time what eventually happens...:) It can never be denied even in the face of opposition. I liked this chapter. I see that Amy has some devious seeds in her. Just as sure as I am black, that heffa spiked Jonathan's wine. I hope he is smart enough to know what she is up to. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let that heffa be preggers!@#$!! I wonder when will Jonathan see his son, Joshua? I can't wait for that to happen; it may change the dynamics of things. But, in those times....I just don't know.

Yeah Amy is devious personified...LOL! Like I told another reader Amy is not remotely interested in getting pregnant. Women on a whole had few ways to get some control back then. As you mentioned one is getting pregnant but another is getting control my any means necessary. Every interracial relationship was difficult back there were ways to...people always say when there is a will...;)

i detest amy, and i hope he realizes what she did, that he was drugged and did not sleep with her, her sending celia where he was turned out good for celia, she got to spend time with him, i want him to find out about his son, they still love each other so much

This is such a sweet sad story! I feel for the doctor and Celia. He has a witch for a wife BTW I DO NOT think he hd sex with her and I think she drugged him. I sure hope he finds out and gets rid of her behind once and for all. I want him to know about his son, I think Joshua deserves to have a better life that his father may be able to help him have financially.
I still am not sure about how I feel about the two of them together but I do realize that he really does love her and vice versa..I just hope this ends good for both of them!!

Amy is a witch that wants what she wants but we all know why he ended up with someone like her...I know its hard to imagine them being together because of the time period but when there is a will there is a way and believe in in "Crufy" land we always know how to make a way...LOL!!!
