Oooh, so many things are move along in this chapter. Poor Celia, she is fooling herself if she thinks that things are just going to go back to normal if she betweens that things are okay. Now I shouldn't be surprise to see that Joseph doesn't see his marriage as a real marriage also and he has his sight to Miriam. Maybe when he gets back, he and Celia can talk and get everything in the open. The truth will set you free. Oh goodness, I see Amy is sensing something between Jonathan and Celia. I just know the grease is going to hit the fan when she founds out everything. Jonathan and Celia better be prepared of a mimi war with all their foes too. Great Update!!

Isn't it good to thing about brighter days and the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow...LOL! As I told one reviewer...being at sea has allowed Joseph to think about many things maybe if Celia was more dedicated or loved him he wouldnt be considering this career at sea. Do you believe that the talking between them will be that easy? One thing for sure is that Jonathan is going to be there for her no matter what this time around. Thanks for the review!

On no, I knew Amy would sooner of later start to piece together the bond between Jonathan and Celia! Hope she does not try to harm Celia in any way. It'll be interesting to see what Amy does next; she does seem to have a pretty vindictive side!

thanks for another great chapter, i admire jonathan for taking care of his son, does joseph think joshua is his, those marriages will not last niether is build on love, jonathan is getting bolder, he wants celia so badly, now amy is getting nosey, she knows this man never wanted her, i guess she and her friend will start trouble, i don`t want any one going against their marriage vows but i do want jonathan and celia together with their son, the chemistry is just great, it can`t be denied, can`t wait for another update

Joseph knows that Joshua isn't his. It's just that he has raised him from birth so he is his son. Jonathan sees that he is finally getting an opportunity of course the only thing stopping them is their marriages. He feels that getting rid of Amy is quite easy for him but he does and doesn't understand Celia's devotion to Joseph after all Joshua is his son. The guilt of not having been there for her makes him do things a little at a time... for now at least. Thanks for an awesome review!

Boy, Amy just gets on my LAST nerve...I knew she would be a thorn in Celia and Jonathan's side. Again, I hope Jonathan doesn't underestimate her; the heffa is conniving.
Too cute when Jonathan told Celia about what his preparations to her home and she got upset...that was funny. Then he yelled back "Love You Too"; that was priceless!
Oh and Hortense, love her!!! She speaks with sense, can't say the same for Lydia. Is Lydia liking Joseph more than she should? I just get a sneaky feeling about her.

These small gestures are a way for him to start establishing that he really does care. He's taking it step by step because he does fear frightening her away so instead of doing the big gestures he asks her first.
Lydia isn't working and Joseph's money has been taking care of her and her family a great deal so she feels indebted to her but who knows what else...stay tuned...

Well looks like old Joseph is not in love with Ms. Celia anyway just the baby...that is good news..maybe can hook up with the ship trollop and stay the heck away from Celia..lol!
Dr, Jonathan is taking control and I like it!! He is going to get his woamn and his baby...even if she has to come to him kicking and screaming but I like that Celia is not push over...he will have to work for her but I hope she will finally give in to her heart!!
Amy is a skank and plotting stupid skank but hopefully Jonathan's got her number and will stop her before she causes any grief!!

Yeah he still loves her but his time at sea has allowed him to really think about his marriage and what the future has in store for him.
Finding out that Joshua is his son makes him want to fight for her more but first he has to get rid of the stubborn Amy discreetly as possible. It's only then he feels that the way will be cleared for them both.

Thanks as always for the awesome review! Amy's mind is whirling because do whatever you want Jonathan is gone being replaced by you get on my last nerves and go the hell away Jonathan. How did it start, when, and why are the questions that buggle her mind. As for Hortense she is Celia's younger sister and very opinionated. In the end Celia has to make up her own mind and stick to that decision regardless.
