thanks for the wonderful update, i love jonothan and celia, and i really like hortense, lydia get on my nerves, oh i hope beatrice tell on amy and clara, amy needs to be stopped, if she messes with celia , she is as good as gone, which i won`t mind, jonothan is so in love with celia, and that was a smoking kiss, i am waiting on a flashback of thier love scenes,

Like I told another reviewer its very hard for Beatrice to do this because doing so has so many consequences like her not being able to work at another employer for speaking out things that were said in confidence....especially if Amy finds out that she was the one that did it.

I love this story but I really want to hit that darn Amy in the head and drag her behind off to some desolate island away from Celia and the doctor!!
I do believe that cow Amy will get found out sooner rather than later and I hope he dump her behind off in some cave somewhere after he divorces her!!
Poor Celia is caught in between love and obligation, my heart aches for her but I so want her to wind up with the doctor..I sorry but he loves her so much and she does him too!
I do love me some Hortense though...I hate she had to leave cause she called Lydia straight out...sickening sibling that she is...

Amy may also think that she knows what she is doing but really she doesn't... It took a lot to leave your husband in those days...it had a lot of consequences (mainly for white society) but Celia is finding it hard to give up on a man who was there for her and Joshua. Wow each chapter get better and better and better. They love grows so does the wife hate for celia. I hope she tell celia was going on but that is a hard choice let a friend go to jail or get a worst punshment by not saying a word. love the bonding moment btween celia and her son. love the story girl and thanks for the updated.

Thanks for the awesome review! With two couples involved there will be love and hate...although technically Joseph is not there. Back in those days you kept a good record of yourself if you didn't talk your employer's business. The decision for Beatrice isn't an easy one. If Amy were to find out she would make it very difficult for her to get a next job. I'm happy that you are enjoying my story.

Well it's about time they did something naughty - even though I'm still on pins and needles waiting for a love scene. I know, I'm a perv.
This story is so good. I don't know what happened to my last couple of reviews (they were anon), they seem to have disappeared so I'll combine them in this one.
I want to smack the poop out of Amy, dude. Evil whench, and dragging her friend into the mess is even worse! I think my Spidey sense is tingling, and I think there will be some big drama coming up: Jonathan finally having the big showdown with Pops over Celia and their child, possibly Sarah being involved, especially if Amy is digging up the past...and once Joseph's wandering-eye-having-ass gets back maybe finally Celia can dump him LOL that was evil but whatevs.

Yes you are a perv... In the next update I'll give a taste...remember just a taste... Your spidey senses may be correct...LOL! Amy always evil and she only considers Clara her friend when it suits her position. Think about the situation with Joseph...alone at sea for so many weeks doing, all that work. He would need to expend some of those energizes somewhere...someone...

Oh boy, things are heating up now. We have Lydia being awful to Celia, Amy starting to sense something is between Jonathan and Celia, and Jonathan taking more and more steps of making Celia his. I just love the last part of this chapter. So Hot!! Keep it coming Chocolate.
