Okay, really? REALLY? Leave it right there? Man! I'm on the flippin' edge of my seat (or bed) here! I haven't been this taken with a story in a while. I'm totally and utterly hooked! I love the interaction between Celina and Jake. They're HOT together. I wasn't expecting the death of a child, their child, no less. What a tragic storyline :(. Regardless, I love their not-so-smooth journey back to love. Though, they seemed to never have left love, they're just learning how to love as adults.
You HAVE to update this soon. And by soon, I mean right now! :D Thanks for sharing this great story with us Shanni!

Glad they were able to move pass the hurt and discuss the lost of their son. It seems that it was something that needed to happen. Now, that they are opening up to each other and admitting their feeling watch his pain in the ass girlfriend show up and cause them to take two steps back after the progress they made..

You sure packed alot of emotion in this chapter. I'm glad you updated. I've been missing this story. Now I know why there is so much bitterness and resentment between the two. Losing a child is so heartbreaking. I hope they find a way back to each other. Keep the updates coming. This is such a good story.

Oh my word i remember reading this a couple of years ago on fictionpress. i was always checking for updates and then my computer caught a virus everything was completly gone....i couldnt for the life of me remember the name of the story. i am so glad i found it again. this story is so well written and i love the characters and the flashbacks. i'll be looking forward to future updates.

I dont know how I missed this story, I just read all nine chapters and throughly enjoyed each and everyone. So glad Jake and Celina got to talk it out and as it seems going to try and get pass old hurts. Look forward to reading more of this story

I'm all caught up with the story. So much history with them, I hope they can work through and be together again. She let him know she hasn't been with anyone since him, that says a lot right there. With Jake's declaration of love where will they go from here! Wonderful story

Welcome back. I was so excited to see this update. This has been one of my favorite stories and I really do hope that you will be able to complete it. This was an Excellent update. I want to know more about what led up to the death of their child. I hadn't realized that Celina's parents were more successful than Jake's. In a small southern town that had to be hard for the town folks. Is that why Jake's friends hated her because she was a rich black girl that was friends with Jake and then they became lovers?
