First... the nod to Reading Rainbow=LOVE! Take a look, it's in a book, A reading rainbow. I wanted to be one of those kids during the end segment so bad! :)
This made me LOL: "And I have distinct memories of you saying he wasn't even allowed on our grass."
Abram chuckled.
"Awe hell Audre times change, people change. Plus he smelled like patchouli and was wearing back out shoes."
There's nothing more appealing than a granola guy... not so much! I really heart Abram.
The flashback was cool. It was nice to see where she came from and get a better understanding as to why Audre thinks the way she thinks. She was the odd man out at home and conformed to their ways because of the constant scrutiny. I would have punche Adrienne in her pretty little face but hey, not everyone can be this crunk! LOL! :)

Ugh. Family. Audre's mother and sister seem to suck all the air out of a room and all the life out of Audre. I like her father though. I almost fell off the couch laughing at his comments about the college boyfriend and his "back out shoes." Audre and Christian are HOT.

Mom and sis are pretty hard on her, it's no wonder she dosn't want to come home. I like her dad, he was sweet. Thanks for the update.

Glad to see this story is back, and this was a good update.. man there is still a lot of tension with Adrianne and Audre, and IMO Audre hit the nail on the head with Adrianne, she is a little jealous that Adure got out from under their mother's thumb and did what she wanted to do.
I did like the interaction with Adure her dad and Mrs Solomon.
