Loving it already!!! Audre is going to blow Greg's (gorgeous but punk ass) away and he'll so regret leaving her. And how is he going to talk about Cassandra having a lazy eye and then turn around and date her. Loser! I'd pretend to be nice to her and tell her that Greg said she had a lazy eye!

I was inspired by an actual article for men, and I just thought it was funny that with a lot of women's articles revenge is wrapped up in external whereas this article talked alot about focusing on yourself and I really liked that. Author's Response: THank you! Yeah someone once told me that a relationship can never be equal because there is always one person who gives more and loves more strongly and faithfully. I won't be as cynical as to say all relationships work that way but I do know from experience how much it can suck to have deeper feelings for someone and not have that reciprocated.

Living well is the best revenge. I like Jenelle, she's cool. Loved her "pretend to be my boss" line. Made me LOL. This is a great new story, greatodin. Can't wait to read more about Audre's journey.
Author's Response: Thank you! And I love Jenelle as well! I think I was channeling when I wrote that line, and that's all I'll say about that hahaha. I also agree that the best revenge is living well, that's why I wanted to do this story. I think most of us have those dark thoughts of revenge that can consume us when we get the short end of the stick in a relationship but it's good to draw strength from it and not let those thoughts of revenge break you and that's what this is about.
