After the hostile takeover of the world by fairytale (and nightmare?) creatures, Roxanne doesn't have much of a choice but to go with the flow. She does have one major problem, though. There's this guy, see...And he thinks that she is destined to be his mate. What's the problem, you ask? Well, for one thing, he can't touch her without doing her bodily harm...
Is Leo match making..I am pretty sure I know who that is and I think that is why Leo did not take her sexually because he knows she belongs to someone else.
I wonder will he biting her regulary make her a vamp eventually or does she have to take in his blood!!
There are still lots of questions..but I will patiently wait for your revealing of each layer...

I think her tantrum with Mod was bad behavior and her dislike of him for simply saying he wants to hve kids with him is silly.
I also think her relationship with Leonardo is becoming quite complex....she seems to be wanting to use him to get back at Mod but what did Mod do but be ubber sweet to her and spend a boat load of money on her to make her happy.
Any..Roxie is not nice person on my opinion right now and I am having a hard time liking her.
I think this chapter was not boring but probably should be part of a larger chapter. The story is getting more complex when it probably should start answering a few more questions...if you ask.
I am all for a long good story but we need a little more action or romance or understanding..I think.
I truley love this story I really do but we just need something more to make us rot for Mod and Roxie ..or Roxie and whomever...ok!
You are an exceptional story teller with a great imagination...I cannot wait for more....so don't keep us waiting too long for that action!!
You make a lot of good points. Roxi can be really obnoxious; and she really isn't being fair to Mod. She is really rude at times but I think of it as her rejecting the situation and/or using it to her advantage. I think it's hard to make a character (esp. a main character) seem realistic without making them do stupid/mean things.
I can see where you're coming from about the chapter length. I try not to make chapters too long because when I'm reading really long chapters I lose interest. And I would hate for people to lose interest. On the other hand, the story isn't over yet. It's actually not close to being done so it's propably still going to be a while before all the questions get answered and things are 'put to rights'. I am sooo with you when it comes to more action and romance... The understanding may have to come a bit later, though. Sorry!
