Well, hello there.  Glad you found the site.  It's quite wonderful here.  And thanks so much for all your kind responses.  They're appreciated.  And thanks for the recommendations, too. 

I'm definitely going to try to keep getting better.  I have two other stories that I want to do for Shawn and Angela.  I'm swamped right now, but should be wrapping up a couple of stories in the near future...hopefully, if I can stay on schedule.  lol  So be on the look out every so often.  One might pop up when you're least expecting it.

Former high school sweethearts Shawn Hunter and Angela Moore are in their junior year at the prestigious Penbrook College.  The previous semester they broke up when Shawn decided that he wanted to meet “new people”.  Not long after the painful break up, he realizes his mistake but stubbornly refuses to try to win Angela back for reasons he can’t even explain to himself. 

Then Angela begins dating a new guy, one who is everything Shawn isn’t: well-to-do, family oriented and black.  As the two grow closer, Shawn finally realizes that he’s risking losing Angela forever by not telling her how he feels.  While struggling internally with himself and his demons, his wastrel father makes a fateful visit that forces Shawn's latent fear of abandonment to surface.  Is this what’s been immobilizing him from moving forward with Angela?  If so, can they still overcome the consequences of their failed relationship or is it too late?

Title: Chapter 1: The Principle Characters

WOWOWOWOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its finally here!! I feel like I've been waiting for this story since Noah built the Ark, its finally here!!!

Its also timely, because I've been watching some season 6 episodes and never truly realized how terrible it is. I hated Shawn for being interested in some girl and introduced Angela as his friend. Its the worst season of Boy Meets World for sure.

With that said, where on earth did you find that picture of Trina McGee?? I've seen it, but only the face. And I thought I've seen every picture of her imaginable.

Would you mind if I post your fic at the BMW Shawn/Angela LJ Community ? I want to have your permission first of course.

LOL!  Thank so much!  I'm happy you like the first couple of chapters.  I'll be addressing several things that pissed off Shangela fans by weaving those issues into the fabric of this story.  lol 

And I know it was a long time coming.  I had to wrap up Heart of the Matter.  Since I'm finishing Uncalculated Risk, I thought it was a good time to get this one up.  I don't like having a million stories going at one time because I feel guilty when I can't update them regularly. 

Which picture of Trina?  The one used in the banner was found by the wonderfully talented Minx who always seems to find little used pictures of the actors.  Her attention to details like that is amazing and appreciated.  What can you say?  All the ladies who lend their talents to make banners for tech challenged writers (LIKE ME!) are owed many, many thanks.  

If you're referring the picture of Trina used in the Cast pictures, I can't remember where I found it. It's been quite a while.  I came across it when I was looking for picture while I was writing I Do Love You and even used it in a makeshift (lol) banner I had done myself.    Feel free to nab it...like I did.  lol

And lastly, you have my permission to post the story at the BMW S/A Community.  I warn you though.  I go back into the body of the chapters and edit mistakes or errors I didn't catch before posting for a least a few days after posting.  So you might want let a few days lag between when I post and when you post the new chapter to the S/A Community.

This is so well written, I really enjoyed reading this. That's exactly how I imagined Shawn was feeling about Angela being on a date with Ron in general. He's suffering, serves him right! lol. :)

What a fabulous compliment.  Thanks so much!  Poor Shawn.  We fans who loathe and abhor that 6th season ish will finally get a bit of payback.   Shawn has much much more suffering to do!  LOL

Title: Chapter 3: Chapter Two

That was hotter than the fiery pits of hell. I'd rate this a 100 if it were possible!! Unfortunately, only 10 is the highest I can go. ;)

Angela being jealous of Kelly was inevitable and unavoidable, I'm really glad you brought that up. I don't believe for a second Angela was "okay" with Shawn having another girl in his dorm room, especially being it was only what, a few minutes later after he had met Cameron? Ugh. And is it me, or Cameron and Kelly look exactly alike?

Even though Shawn has a lot of nerve to still refer to Angela as 'my woman' when they're not even together (him being the reason for that) I did like that he kissed her. I don't know why, I just do. I had a feeling when he confronted her he was going to try something slick.

I'll be waiting for updates like a crack fiend. Don't keep me waiting too long!!!!

Wow. Shangela hotness is still supreme.  They were always the more sexual couple. 

Oh, I thought the show was just ridiculous what with having Angela "seem" like she was okay with Shawn being with another girl.  Of course she was eaten up with jealousy concerning both Cameron (I'll have to change the spelling of her name in the story.  lol) and Kelly, but Angela was a master at covering up her true emotions.  I simply had to include that in the story, and they did favor a little. 

Ha! Slick is right.  Doesn't Shawn always fall back on his sex appeal to get what he wants from women?  He expects it to ultimately work with Angela but he's in for shock.  Although Shawn has ever been her weakness, she's made of sterner stuff than any woman he's ever known.

I'll try to be timely in posting the new chapters.  So it shouldn't be too long.

YOU ARE AMAZING!!! The way to tie in characters together (Dr. Richardson and Ron) was sheer brilliance. I love when that happens. It brings the story into a whole new dimension. I'm really impressed. Although I'm dreading the next chapter as we all know Chet passes away in the end.

Now, I don't mean to be so straight forward and abrupt all of a sudden in a review, but can a sista get a love scene?! LOL. Its like everytime somethings about to happen with Shawn and Angela, someone interrupts. What's up with that Reese??? Stop playing, lol.

YES AN UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic.

It was a little hard getting back into the Shawn/Angela groove since its been so long I've watched a BMW episode (I used to watch a S/A ep every night) since I've rediscovered "21 Jump Street" and took an interest in the unfortunate non too explored but implied Tom Hanson/Judy Hoffs ship (ever seen that show? really good!) but I got into this quickly without having to re-familarize myself with the story because as always, the characterization was 100% faithful. I felt like I was 'watching' a BMW episode in written form. Oh yeah, and Chet has horrible health problems doesn't he?

Re: Blondes

You know, I never really noticed Shawn dating blondes, perhaps I'm a little slow lol. (Dana wasn't that blonde, and for example, Veronica Watson was another brunette).

I used to watch 21 Jump Street.  It's a really good show. 

Thank you much concerning the characterization.  I know I have to be on my Ps and Qs for the Shangela/BMW shippers.  And yeah, Chet's bad choices have resulted in a breakdown in all areas in of his life including his health and personal relationships.

As for the blonde thing, it's merely my personal opnion but I noticed that the majority of Shawn's girl friends or persons of interest over the years (with a few exceptions like the one you pointed out) were blonde.
