Evangeline Wiiliamson lays in a coma after an attack by a white supremacy group.  Todd Manning wants to take her for an unorthodox treatment that may possibly increase the chances of awakening the sleeping beauty.   However, her family has barred him from her side and refused his offer of help.  As Evangeline runs out of time, Todd decides that drastic times call for drastic measures and audaciously takes matters into his own hands, believing in his heart that there are just some risks that are worth taking.  


Meanwhile, a mysterious Asian, who unwittingly stumbles onto the latest and possibly the most outrageous of Manning's schemes, intervenes, but the fiesty younger Williamson sister, Layla, isn't exactly grateful for his "assistance".  Stalwartly fighting her fear of the stranger, she eventually manages to turn the tables on him.  Yet when freed from his clutches, she can't help but wonder who this mystery man is, what his role is in the "scheme" of things and why she can't seem to get him out of her mind.

Title: Chapter 6: Chapter Five

It just had to be a dream huh?! But a very hot sexy dream that Evangeline was having about Mr. Manning. I love this chapter so much because we beginning to see Evangeline's attractness to Todd. We wasn't given that chance on the show, but I love seeing it now. Boy wasn't she jealous of the hussy Elisa. Tod bad that Evangeline doesn't know that the only woman that Todd had his mind on is her. I love this trying to be best friends to each other, but in reality, they want to jump each other bones. Oh, I love Besty in this story too. She is so sweet and becoming a great friend to Evangeline. Great chapter Reese.

Lol!  You make me laugh.  Yes, it definitely had to be a dream.  Van is bedridden, ya know.  lol

I did want to give us a bird's eye view of Van falling or acknowledging the feelings she'd been developing for him just before Todd left for Chicago.  She still remembers him and so still feels those feelings.  In that sense, she and Todd are on the same page.  They love each other but just can't or won't act on those feelings for various reasons.

Betty is a great stand-in for Layla who we'll be seeing in the not too distant future.

Title: Chapter 7: Chapter Six

Now is it me, or Todd and Evangeline are so adorable and hot when they are having their 'lover spats' in this story. They don't even realize that they both want each other, but are afraid that the other one does not fell the same way. I just love the slow burn you are writing between Todd and Evangeline. Though you are killing my girl with all this fore play and near misses. The scene in Evangeline's room was so tender, sweet, and all around heat. You could just feel the electricity that Todd and Evangeline created in Evangeline's room after their disagreement and when Todd put Evangeline to bed and gave Evangeline that sizzling kiss. Oh I can not wait to see what is up in the next chapter. :D

Lol!  I love Todd and Van when they argue.  Todd is so used to getting his way, only Van can influence to change his mind.  Writing this particular disagreement is fun because of the subject matter:  both are suffering unnecessarily from unrequited love. 

Sorry for killing you with the slow burn. I promise the real burn will be worth the wait.

I'm glad the bedroom scene came alive for you.  That was the intent.  Good to know I succeeded.  Wanted to up the ante with these two.

Title: Chapter 8: Chapter Seven

Oh boy, that was too good. First of all, I just love how you write Todd and Evangeline expression in this chapter. You can really picture how they they were reacted to many things like desire, hurt, anger, and happiness. Aww, Eva is mad at Todd because he didn't want to hurt her. She saw that as a rejection, but it was so far from that. You can cut Todd and Evangeline longing for each other with a knife and that's why I know they will work out this little falling out very soon.  Finally Layla is owning-up to the wrongs she did that had Todd 'kipnapped' Evangeline in the first place. She really didn't have to treat Todd like she did, so I hope she is really means that she was sorry on the way she acted and I have a feeling that she will see her sister very soon. Another great chapter Reese. :)

Oh, Layla is one guilt-ridden young lady right about now.  She realizes that she allowed her prejudice against Todd to outweigh her duty to not only her sister's wishes--which would be to allow Todd to visit and yes, try to save her life--but her duty as one of her custodians. 

She's young and learning, so we'll see just far this transformation takes her.  Perhaps the Asian may be instrumental in cementing it.  Let's cross our fingers.

Title: Chapter 9: Chapter Eight

I don't know if I need to laugh or sigh because of the frustration of the current situation. But I got to say that I loved this chapter. So we finally meet Adam. I love how you described him and I already see the sparks between him and Layla. I should have know that Todd was going to 'kipnapped' Layla so she could see Evangeline. Now speaking about the dynamic duo, wow, those two are too hot for words. *Fans herself* I so enjoyed the making-out scene and I just hated that we didn't get the whole nine yards. Yet I have a feeling that it we won't have to wait too long for that. :LOL: Can I just say that a adored Betty? She did tried to warned Bobby about Todd 'Freaking' Manning, but he didn't listen. He was about to get a beat down, if it wasn't for Evangeline keep Todd to focus on her with a kiss. I got to say that scene was so funny and how you wrote Todd was excellent. I just love Jealous Todd. Oh I can't wait to see how things go from here after they got um.... caught in the act. Great update again Reese. :)

LMAO!  Where to start?  Yes, the angst is building to breaking point for our dynamic duo.  So we should be in for some fireworks in the not too distant furure. 

As it was time to introduce the mysterious Asian man.  Ooohh!  *Chills*  lol  Boy, Layla is fierce.  I'd have been prostrate with fear.    Not so for our young heroine.  Good for her.

Betty is so cute, isn't she?  Just what Van needs in the interim.  And yes, she was a good friend to Boddy by trying to make up for the mistake of getting him hired for the job by saving his life. The ungratefulf and cocky Bobby almost got his you know what kicked good and proper.

Todd "The Man" Manning.  I wonder when people will stop underestimating him?  Never I guess and that's what we love to see.  Todd getting back at all of his neysayers.

Poor Tangie has just as much trouble getting together in an isolated chalet as they do in Llanview that's filled with well meaning buttinskis.  Go figure.

All I can say is their time will come.

Title: Chapter 10: Chapter Nine

Now that was good. Too good in fact. I so happy that Evangeline and Layla got the chance to catch-up with all the things that been happening. Okay I laugh-out-loud with all the animation movements from Todd and Layla when they were trying not let Evangeline know everything that has happen since she woke-up since she still have memory lost. I also enjoy Layla and Todd talk. It was something that was needed to be done. LOL, I knew Evangeline already expected that Todd has tooken her illegality. Evangeline is one smart 'Cookie' and that is one of the things I was always loved about her and I know she is going to do everything in her power to protect Todd from the 'crimes that he commited. Now on to the best part of this chapter.  Todd and Evangeline are as you call them Sinfullly Delightful'. Gawd, they had me going from the time that Layla got a taste on the heat between them, to the Evangeline seeing Todd naked. That part was so naughty and great. If I was Evangeline I would had did the same thing, but I got to give Todd props for still keeping with his planned to not take advantage of a memory loss Evangeline. How many men you know who would do that? Not many that that's why I so love this Todd very much. He's too adorable for his own good. Oh I forgot to say that I see that Layla was bother that Adam has left her. I wonder why? ;) Great updated Reese and I so can not wait to read the next chapter.

Thank you, Stormy.  I know that there was a lot going on in this chapter.  A lot to assimilate at one time.  It's an explanation chapter wrapping up some of this portion of the story.  I hope I haven't overloaded your wagon, and from your comments, I don't think I did.  Good.

Chapter ten will spell the beginning of a new chapter (pun intended lol) in Todd and Van's journey.  "So fasten your seat belts; it's going to a be bumpy ride."    Note: (That's a misquote; in the movie All About Eve, Margo Channing actually says, "...bumpy night."  But I'm taking a little artistic license here.  lol)

Title: Chapter 11: Chapter Ten

Good Gawd, that was so freaking hot and sexy Reese. It's about time they finally lay everything on the line and give into their love and need for each other. I love the you wrote most of this chapter in Todd's thoughts about everything. I love that he was so concern for Evangeline going to Washington DC. He didin't want to see her get hurt due to his taking her away from the US. Then that concern for Evangeline turn to jealousy when he found out that the person who she had help Todd get out his sticky situation was a friend of Evangeline and male. Poor Meeks you didn't have a chance to be Todd's friend at all. Now Todd's jealosy for Evangeline turns to anger when she and him have it out about their true feelings for each other and how the both of them use Chris and Blair to block what they really felt for each other. I have to give you so much props for writing Todd to tell Evangeline the truth about her so call relaptionship with Chris. I never believe in that pairing and I never will. Oh then the anger between each became a desperate need, love and pure and lust for each other finally. You could just feel the heat with the both of them wanting each other right then and there. Gawd, Todd sexual warefare toward Evangeline was too hot for words and Evangeline returning the favor in their love making was just icing on the cake. You really didn't disappoint in them finally making love for the firs time. It was firece just how I like it. Oh I love this chapter so and great job Reese. I can't wait to see what will happen in the next chapter.

Title: Chapter 12: Chapter Eleven

Oh Wow! Todd and Evangeline are just too hot to handle at times. I'm loving that fact that they are making up for lost time in the love making department. I love the passion they both display for wanting each other all the timeand I just know that want and need is going to become deeper as this story goes along. So, there is more to Mr. Mei thatn meets the eyes. He's a doctor?!?! Now that cool and I enjoyed his talk to his sister, Plus Adam stepping in and being the person who kidnapped Layla. Oohh, not these two are really peeking my interest and I can't wait to see what happeb next with those too. I don't like Meeks. He's too much like Todd said, but I know there is more to Mr. Meeks than meets that eyes. I guess we know more about him later since he is moving to Llanview soon. Great and such ahot updated Reese. Always, yoiu brought down the housse with allt he Tangie loving. :D :LOL:

Title: Chapter 13: Chapter Twelve

Great follow-up to the last hot chapter Reese. As I already believe Todd and Evangeline can't get enough of each other. Lol I'm glad that Evangeline let Todd know that she didn't wanted to stay at the penthouse due to the fact that he stayed there with Blair for years. I always felt that if you want to start over and bulid a great relatioship, you need to let things in the past go and the penthoue is one of the things that need to be set in the past. Okay, I already can see that Starr is going to cause some problems due to her false thoughts of her parents marraige. Let hope Starr don't ogo overboard with her resentment to Evangeline. Jack is cute in this chapter and I just love Vicki reaction to haveing her brother back and seeing such a strong and bold Evangeline that is willing to fight for her man. Oh dear, I knew that Blair will cause some ish when she realize that Todd in moving on with Evangeline. I just hope that the news of Todd still being married to Blair don't cause too much trouble with Evangeline and Todd, but I already know that Evangeline is going to be one piss off woman when she finds out. Poor Todd. Oh and thanks for moving on from the Evangeline and Natalie drama and showing these women are above all the silliness over fighting for a man who could never own up to his true feeling about anybody in the case of one John McPain opps I meant McBain...... Great asl always and I can't wait until the next chapter.

Yes, I always felt that Van wouldn't want to stay in a place which would always be connected with Blair. 

Starr is just like her father in wanting her way at all costs no matter what he has to do.  It will be interesting seeing how she copes with the demise of her cherished family and Evangeline. 

I felt that Natalie and Van wouldn't keep harboring a resentment for each othe over John. I believe they both would have understood that neither was treated well and would want to move past that time.

Title: Chapter 16: Chapter Fifteen

Wow.. I knew the honeymoon was going to be over soon and it was a painful ending to read too. Oh, I felt Evangeline's anger at Todd and Todd's remorse for hurting Evangeline with him not telling her that he had remarried the tramp. But did Todd expected that it was not going to be a big blow-up from the news espeically from the home video Blair the second set-up. Oh, poor everybody in this chapter. Yet, I'm so surprise about Roger and Betty. Yay!! It looked like everybody was getting the hook-up in Switzerland. lol. I'm so eager to see what will happen next and I know Todd and Evangeline will work it out, because it is never over between those two. Thanks for updating Reese.

Title: Chapter 17: Chapter Sixteen

Oh yes, the aftermath chapter. Poor Todd he was mess-up with grive over losing Evangeline. I hate seeing him like that, but he should have know something like that was going to happen after Evangeline saw that joke of a wedding. I'm glad Vicki was there to help Todd out and get him head back on his shoulders to start winning Evangeline back. Now who is this Ti Lao fool think he is messing with. Boy Adam got some dirty family members too I see. I can't believe he treated Todd and Vicki like that and had his mens hurt Roger!! Don't Mei know that threarts just make Todd act even more stubborn? Ti Lao really want his nephew to be in power doesn't he? I'm looking forward to the outcome of Ti Lao vist to Todd's penthouse. Okay I acutally enjoyed seeing how Evangeline and Layla found out about the board meeting and about the altercation at Todd's house. Just showing the concern over Todd's welfare give me great hope that Evangeline will fogive Todd on his stupidity. Now when is the question. LOL I'm glad Roger is okay and I look forward to the ends and outs of the board meeting. :)

Title: Chapter 18: Chapter Sixteen Part II

Oh my that was so good. I will say it again, no matter how many times they are mad with each other, Todd and Evangeline can't stay away from each other. I loved Todd and Evangeline talk in the hallway. It was heated, yet sensual at the same time. Those two are too hot for each other at times. I'm glad to see that Adam didn't have anything to do with his crazy uncle. Todd's and Adam's talk gave way to knowing a little more about Adam's background, strength and fearless. I'm looking forward to him explaining everything to Layla and Todd and Evangeline working their issues out too. Great update Reese!

Title: Chapter 19: Chapter Seventeen

Reese! you have done it again. I just love reading this story! Now were do I begin. First of all,

I love how you had Todd talked to Star, he was trying to be patient yet firm on her foolishness about hurting Evangeline. Too bad it feel on deaf ear, and this after Todd told the little brat that he is not going back to her trick of a mother, even if he and Evangeline didn't get back together. Hopefully Star will grow-up and realize other things are important than living in a dream world about her parents. She may be able to be redeem. We will see.

Oohh! So uncle is really Adam's father. Damn, I didn't see that coming. Ti Lao does care for Adam. Hmm, I can't wait to see what happens here. Layla and Adam are too cute and sexy. I thought I would never enjoy a story where Layla getting it on, but I so enjoying Adam and Layla. It's nice and you can really tell that Adam and Layla are crazy for each other. I can't wait to see what happens next with these too. 

August, August, August, slow you damn roll son. You had your chance with Evangeline and you blew it. Do August really think that Hot Toddy is going to stand there and let him(August) steal his Evangeline away from him (Todd)? If so then I need some of the ish that August is smoking. Yet this should be good to read to see all the players trying to go after Evangeline. Lord help them all, Todd is going to go on a warpath to keep Evangeline and there is nothing hotter than seeing a Craze Jealous Mean-sprirted Todd Manning protecting his lovely lady.

Now that's the Todd we need to see on the show. That man is on a mission and there is nothing sexier that than. He getting everything done in order to get Evangeline back and I love it! He got Blair game already. He tried to play nice, but the crazy ass bitch had to play games. Well, Todd is in this game too and he plays to win. Oooo Blair is going to get it!

Oaky what's Vicki and Evangeline is up too? Hm, it could be anything, but I hope that this scheme will work in making Todd and Evangeline stronger in the end.

Title: Chapter 20: Chapter Eighteen

Wonderful Chapter Reese!  I'm glad to see the Cole trying to get ahead in life and he asking Evangeline to help him. I wonder if Star is going to like this set-up. LOL

I don't trust Meeks at all. The way he pause at giving Eva his son name tells me that this is all a lie he is telling Eva. We will see.

I love the Natalie/Vincent/Jared scene! I love how you got into everybody head in that scene. From Natalie trying to pretend that she wasn't in to Jared, to Jared being piss off at Vincent, yet sweet to Natalie and Vincent having some fun on their displeasures. But I'm not liking what he doing to Layla at all. But I have a feeling that it's going to last long at all. Todd and Natalie was great too. I can't love them talking to each other, thought Todd was trying to get some information from her. Lol See, this is and will always  be missing on the show. People making a connection with each other that are family or friends.

Evangeline and Todd are a trip with each other. Todd is in the running with his son for Evangeline feelings. lol Todd made and ass of himself, but he's in love for real this time. So I will forgive him, though Evangeline is piss at him at the moment. Vicki was trying to be the mother hen in the situation, but sometime Vicki, you just have to let children work out there own problems.

Evangeline knew what she was doing when she came out looking good. She had Todd weak in his knees. Everybody is meeting at Capricorn. Oh Shit, things are about to be on now and why to I smell Todd doing something that will make everybody know that his crazy in love with Evangeline? Whatever it is going to be, I know it is going to be good. Thanks for the update Reese. :)

Title: Chapter 21: Chapter Nineteen

Um, what did I just step in? Oh I wish I could have seen Chris face when Eva told him the truth about their relationship. LOL Served the punk right. I know Todd is going to do something crazy to get Eva back, but am I prepared for it. I believe I will be. 

 Still loving Layla and Adam. I love the fact that Layla is getting jealous about Adam and Jacinta Vincent is a just a jerk. He knows Layla doesn't want to be with him, ut he's hangiing something On Layla. Ugh, Oh, Natalie and Jared was very interesting too. I can't wait to see what will happen next/

Title: Chapter 22: Chapter Nineteen Part II

Yay! Updates. :) Okay, I'm felt sorry for Layla and Adam in the begining because they were with people who they didn't want to be with. But you have to throw a knob to Jacinta for kissing Adam and lighting a fire under Layla. It made her take action and get Adam the best way possible, dumping liquid on him LOL. Vincent is slime and I wonder what he has over Layla? I love it then Adam was ready to get down and dirty with Vincent for hurting Layla, but I'm also glad that Layla was able to calm him down and they left the club to talk. Oh that talk should be very interesting. Great update. Reese. :)

Title: Chapter 23: Chapter Twenty

Okay first off... *ROTFL* at Todd's signing Luther to Evangeline it was sweet and funny at the same time.  You have to love a man who will do anything and everything to be with the women he loves. How can Evangeliene say no to Todd when he's all coolness and lovely. Scenes written by great writers like you are the reason why I will always heart Tangie. I can't wait to see what happens to those two behind close doors. :)  Hot Toddy is the man.

I enjoyed the setting for Natalie and Jared. Anybody with a brain can see that Natalie had it bad for Jared. But the question is she going to do something about it or not. Speaking of Natalie, Vincent and Christian are idioits.

Wow, I didn't expect that to be Layla's secret. No wonder she was that way. I'm actually glad that Adam was there to talk to her and help her out, but does he really think he can calm his desire for Layla? I don't think so.

Title: Chapter 24: Chapter Twenty Part II

Oh wow, a two for one deal on the love scenes!! I love them both. Adam was Layla's first. Awwww. There love making was hot, yet sweet at the same time. You can really they are in love with each other. :)

Todd and Evangeline is just everything. Their love scene are always hot and sizling. Um, you can tell that those two missed being with each other. *wub* I'm so happy Todd surprised Eva with the new home. I can understand why Evangeline is a little afraid about moving in Lion Den with Todd, but I have a feeling that things will be fine for them. Now if he can get rid of the trick of a wife and things would be golden. Go Todd, take care of business! Wonderful update BE and I'm looking forward to the next one also.-

Title: Chapter 25: Chapter Twenty-One

First of all, I'm a little disappointed at Jasmine on her thoughts about her brother trying to live his life and fine happiness with the person he loves (Layla). She should be glad that Adam is in love instead of being needy to him. I know where she went too and I just know that it going to lead to trouble in the future for Adam and Layla. Let the games begin. :unsure:
 
That traitorous faithless bitch. I should have know. Todd was free from that trick all this time. :wut: All that mess she cause for Todd and Evangeline being separated for those few weeks. 

OOhhh! Todd is going to pay her back later. But as for now, I'm loving how Todd is scaring the crap out of Llewellyn and his daughter. When you mess with Todd, you are going to get dealt with. Manning Style!!! Did I even told you that cold and calculating Todd is sexy as hell.  When Todd is at this mode, he is as great and hot as he is being sweet and loving to Evangeline and his love ones.  I'm looking forward for Todd getting back at that trick and that sorry excuse of an lawyer.  Hmm, Todd has a question to ask Evangeline huh? Sweet!!   I can't wait!!

Layla and Adam was so sweet and carefree in the beginning of their arc then came to a hault when Mama Lisa came. I'm really surprise and happy at Lisa's reaction about Layla and Adam and it seems to be a honest reaction to them too. Now, I still don't know if it because Adam is a doctor or she really does like Adam. We will see though and I'm so looking forward to the dinner with all the couples too. This should be a ring-side seat to see what goes down with the girls and their boyfriends are having dinner with Mama Lisa.

Poor Layla, acting like she still at home with her parents.  Adam was so comfortable around Lisa. I love that. That shows how much in love he is in love with Layla and doesn't care if anybody loves them being together or not. I also agree with Adam about Layla acting uptight and sercetly about her and Adam. She needs to deal her problem shead on or she face losing Adam before she knows it.  Great read Reese. I love it. I can't wait until the next part.

Title: Chapter 26: Chapter Twenty-One Part II

Now if I think back to chapter 11, there was a hint to what may be happening to Evangeline in this chapter. So I'm just going to spell it out. I believe Evangeline is pregnant. 

But Mama Lisa sure isn't enjoying this latest turn of events. Here I thought she like Todd. I should have know though, well it work out in the end. I hope. :unsure: I forgot to add that Todd and Evangeline on the phone was too cute!!! It just like I picture them on the phone together. 

Now that's the Star I know and love. She really did grow-up when she was grounded. See, I knew this Star was smarted than she was acting in the first few chapters. Getting away from her mother really change her for the better.

Jack got a crush on Evangeline, man it's kind of cute but I feel so sorry for Todd. I believe Eva will explain things to Jack so he and Todd will get back to the right path.  Great Chapter Reese. I so looking forward to the next chatper too.

Title: Chapter 27: Chapter Twenty-Two

Reese!!! This chapter was awesome!!! I can't believe you outdid yourself with this chapter. Okay I'm going to talk about the heat first... Yup, from this chapter, it clearly showing that Evangeline has a little bun in the oven. Yay!!! Okay I will talk about that little know fact more when it becomes known to Evangeline and Todd that they are expecting.

Okay, is Todd and Evangeline hot for each other or what! I love how you decribe how both Todd and Evangeline can't get enough of each other and displayed that heat between one another so sexy and hot. 

I'm not going to lie, both of them was acting like dogs in heat and I lovedTodd and Evangeline are expressing their love and lust for one another. It's real and beautiful because they are in love with each other. Okay they are so naughty that they had to go to a garden to make love to each other. Badass is all I can say. Love it.

Okay the trick needs to get a life and wake-up. I'm so loving Star in this chapter. She really is growing-up and letting that dumb mother know the true about everthing. Now is the trick is going to listen to reason, or she is going to continue to embrass herself. I choice the latter.


I'm enjoying all the characters interaction in this chapter as well. We got to much going on in such a short period time about people thoughts with each other that is so nice to see in this story. Why can't soaps do this now is a mystery to me.

Aren't Natalie and Jared cute with this cat and mouse game. You can actually see them falling for each other, but being too stubborn to admit their attarction to each other. Jared is becoming a fan of mines again in this story. You see that he is focus on his mission, but he got this red head problem that he believes he can just shake off. Good luck on fighting you love for Natalie and Natalie fighting her love for Jared. Can't wait to see which of them are going to fall first

Title: Chapter 28: Chapter Twenty-Three

Oh Reese, this chapter kick so much ass! I love all the twist and turns in this chapter. Wow, there are so many secrets in this chapter that it was so wonderful to read.

Okay first, Adam and Layla are freaks.. Goodness that phone sex was too hot for words. Love every minute of it. Oooh, Adam talking dirty like the.  But you got me on the edge of my sit with Layla running away from the person that Lindsey was talking too. I wonder who he is. Then Adam's father/uncle. To kipnapped Layla and threated her with this bullshit about pure blood. That bastard is sicker than I first thought he was. And Layla deciding to give in to the bastard.  Oh Poor Adam and Layla.

Todd was his delicious evil yet, adorable self in this chapter. I love it when he gave it into Rex. Rex should be glad that Todd didn't go for a life. Todd and Jared scene kick so much ass. I love them scheming with each other. It just fits them so perfecting because Todd is so good at making people to do his will. I can't wait to see what those two are up too. In a weird and crazy way, Todd working with Jared is a way for him to protecting Natalie from the loser. Which I think is so adorable and sweet. See, Todd does care for his kin, as long as he get something out of it.

Loved the teens scene. I wanted Langton and Cliff to hook-up and I believed I got my wish. It's so great to see a strong Star. She just a breathe of fresh air.

Natalie and Rex scene was so good and a big eye opener too. See, this is wat soaps are missing now. We don't get to understand why people do what they do or how they really feel about things. Thank-you for writing Natalie heartaches about trying to fit on her new family over the years and calling Rex on his bullshit about keeping TJ from Todd. She was right on all accounts and I'm glad to see this scene played out too. Damn, everybody are either running away from Crisco or trying to take him out. I say bring it on!!!

Okay...... Evangeline's has a secret.... Oooh! I should have known!!! Now this is what great storytelling is all about. Hmm, I know August is involed, but how much and what is the secret that is making her scared of marrying Todd?!?! I have some ideas, but I wait to see what the secret is. Wow, this chapter was so worth it Reese. You didn't disappoint at all!!! Thanks for writing this update and I can't wait for the next chapter.

Title: Chapter 29: Chapter Twenty-Four

Reese, you ain't right, but girl this chapter was top gear. I have some thoughts that RJ was Layla's father when Lindsey showed up in the last chapter. But August being Evangeline's half-brother was like WHOA!!  All this time I was hating on August like Todd was and we both have eggs on our faces. LOL

That's why she doesn't want to married Todd. She thinks that it going to end up like her parents marriage. Poor Evangeline. She can't let fear keep her from the man she loves and the father of her child.

Oh Todd was so cool in this chapter. I can understand why he was anger, but he was a bigger man when helping Adam leave the house. Mama Lisa got some explaining to do doesn't she? Oh man, awww to everybody in this chapter expecially Layla and Evangeline. After reading this chapter I came to learn one thing... Todd isn't the only one whose family is crazy Great job Reese and

Yep!  Stormy, Van's issues with men mainly stem from her fears that she'll repeat the mistakes of her father, and now her mother with this recent reveal.  Poor Van. 

LOL.  The Williamsons seem to have as much baggage as the Lords, making Van and Todd a perfect fit.  If they can overcome these latest obstacles.

Title: Chapter 30: Chapter Twenty-Five

Wow, that was great Reese!!! 

You out did yourself again dear. Where to begin. Well I guess the beginning. I enjoyed August and Layla talked. It was nice that Layla had someone who understand what she was going through about August and her paternity issues. Now I'm going to break everything down into coupless since all three were feature in this chapter.

Well, you know I was going to talk about my couple for life first right? Todd and Evangeline - My goodness, that was the sweetest, the funniest, and the most nail biting marriage proposal I have ever read. I love it so!! Todd had to work it in order for Evangeline to agree on marrying him, but was so understanding and loving to Evangeline. He really did me proud because he didn't loose his cool. He stuck to his plan to make Evangeline his wife and it worked!! Aww Evangeline, I really thought she was going to have her way about not marring Todd, but that Manning got a will that only God can stand up too. LOL I so understand her fears, but her love for Todd overcame her fear and she and Todd are eloping. Todd marriage proposal was so like him. Todd the romantic, well kidnapped romantic, but I still love it!

I loved seeing Betty and Roger there too. They were so happy for Todd and Evangeline, it nice to see people that are loyal and loving towards Todd and Evangeline and I love them for that tool. So what if Lisa is going to be mad that they didn't have a big wedding, she gaining a new son-in-law and grandchild. I say that is all good!!! I hope we get to see them eloping.

Now for my lovely coupld I came to enjoy in this story. Jared and Natalie - It's about freaking time too.  Those two being playing the cat and mouse game long enough that when the got together it was explosive and I love explosive love making. But I got mad at first at Natalie when she push

Jared away from the great love making then I realize why she did it. It was because she was letting her insecurities get the best of her. She really didn't think that Jared would want her for her because she was full-figured. Boy, Jared set her straight quickly. I love it when he said that he wanted to be with a woman who looks like a woman. I knew I loved Jared for some reason!!!!

A man of my own heart. And it his words melted Natalie heart too and I see they are together, but in secret. Can't have the good people at BE to know about this little hook-up right?

Ohhh, now I need to know how Jared deal with Todd is going to work out now, well as long as it makes Chris go away then I'm all good.

Now for my couple who can't get break for nothing Layla and Adam-
Goodness, now here were some more eyes opening moments in their story. First off, can I spanked Jasmine. Now she all sorry. Selfish little girl. I hope she learned her lesson and she indirectly cause Adam to snapped at Leo too because of her meddling in her brother's business.

I love Adam, I knew he wasn't going to let Layla go without a fight. Go Adam Go! And Wow about Adam already knowing that Ti was his father already. I didn't see that one coming at all. I feel so sorry about Adam and his 'father' actions and ways.

Well if Adam have anything to do with it, we going to make sure the his 'father' get dealt with. I wonder who was at the door listening to them. Well, I know we will learn that soon enough.

Great update Reese and I'm going to be so sad to see this story end, but its time. Thanks for updating. :)

Thanks so much, Stormy.  Todd and Evangeline were so much fun to write in this chapter.  There were so many other dire happenings going on that writing their 'trip' to the nuptials in a semi-whimsical fashion as they addressed series issue seemed like the right tone.

And you're so right about Layla and Adam.  Damn, those two have almost had as much drama besetting them as Tangie, poor babies.  Is there anyone who can help them or does the eavesdropper bring more trouble to Laydam?  Can Adam do anything to extricate them from their current predicament or are they destined to part?

As for Jarlie, I hated the way the show ruined them.  Although I had to warm up to Jared  when he first came on the show, he began to remind me...a little bit...of Todd: cocky, arrogant and a bit of a wastrel who cared for people very selectively.  I began to like him.  He also made Natalie interesting to me again for the first time since Crisalie.  Well, have to see if they are going to be a casualty of Todd scheming or not.

So onto the conclusion of the story.

Title: Chapter 31: Chapter Twenty-Six

Yay to the update Reese. You know how to keep a girl on her toes for most of the ending of this story. I would never thought of August as a FBI agent. Dang, August had more surprises than the jack of trades laugh.gif I hate he got shoot thought, but I'm glad he was okay after he and RJ confronted Mei.

Talk about a man who needed to go down any means necassary. He was such a evil and controling man. He got what he deserve in the end, though I hate that Agent Khan had lost his life as well. I'm so glad Adam and Layla is safe now and they had Vicki to thank!! Now, that is how you suppose to write a woman of Vicki's status on a show, not that crap that is written for her on the show. I love the fact the Vicki was involved with all the heavy stuff. I like action Vicki!!! RJ was smooth and great as he always was. I love his exchange with Adam and him calling Lisa a cow. laughing.gif He's a trip and so is Lisa. She's needs to sit her ass down with being so uppity with all the skeletons in her closet.

And I have to say I love Natalie and Jared little misunderstand and make-up. They are so cute together. I love that fact that Jared wanted to be with Natalie because he's in love with her. wub.gif And you actually wrote a um likeable Christian in the story.. That is all. I love this update so much Reese, but I missed my main couple off on their honeymoon I guess. I'm sure we will see more of them in the next chapter. Thanks for updating Reese and answering some question and gave us some more surprises too!!!

Title: Chapter 32: Epilogue

Reese, first of all I'm so happy that you were able to finish UR. And what an ending it was. I love how you brought everything together in the end. I love Todd and Evangeline's wedding. I love Todd's vows to his one and only. My goodness, all those words came from his heart. So beautiful. Evangeline looking and feeling like a princess was just as beautiful. They are so adorable together. I love it when Todd and Evangeline took a long time kissing each other and the minister tease them about it. It was so nice to have so many people at their wedding too. It great to see people supporting Todd and Evangeline so much. Star and Jack were adorable just as Layla was. Wub!

Wow, so much has happen about Mei's death. I'm glad they got everything straignten out and Adam and Layla were save. I love all the great mind working to clean up all the mess that Mei's death had cause. Great detail on that part Reese. I was glad to see almost everybody coming to an conclusion at the wedding. Adam and Layla really didn' t have to worry about RJ interfering with their relationship and I love RJ and Adam talk at the wedding. Todd and Evangeline catching Jarded sneeking out of manison was too funny. Good to see Natatlie and Jared relationship was out in the open to Kevin and things are good for them too.August and Nora too!! Go Nora!!!!


Okay now to the what I been waiting for. The hot loving dear....... Oh Reese, that was one of the steamiest, hottest, sexiest, and beautiful love making scenes around. Wow, you really took it up another notch Reese. Todd was so damn sexy and I love Evangeline's reaction to Todd pleasing her. There was so much love and affection in their love making that you felt it in your bones and other places too. *faints herself*

OMG Reese, you continue to surprise us huh? You gave us TJ!!!! I was so happy for Todd. He had so much heartache about TJ's 'death' that having the boy in his arms was so sweet and deserving to Todd and Evangeline. I'm all piss at John for keeping TJ away from Todd, but maybe it was for good cause. TJ sounds like an angel too. He, the new baby, Jack, and Star are going to have Todd and Evangeline busy in being parents. But happy busy parents.

Wow, Reese this story was an epic. A great epic and I couldn't see it ending any other way than to have Todd and Evangeline happy with their growing family. I'm so happy that you finish it and I believe I'm not as sad as I thought I was going to be with the ending because everybody is actually happy in the end. Hell, Todd even gave John and Chris some slack about things. That's the Todd Manning I know and will always love.

Wow.  What a review.  Where to start.  First, I wasn't going to do a Tangie wedding but in one of the posts a few readers were obviously expecting one and so I played around with a scenario just because of that.  So I do pay attention to readers thoughts in their reviews for my fanfiction.  After all, its for the fans of a couple.  So thanks to those that forced my hand.

Secondly, the fallout from Mei's death impacted many of the characters.  Ti Lao was a crazy badass.  He had to go.  lol  But I wanted RJ to know that Adam while ethical and moral would try with everything that was in him to protect her.  Whether Adam would have been able to truly go through with offing his uncle is up to the individual reader to decide.

The long awaited Tangie love scene.  It had been awhile.  I knew that there was no way I could not write their 'pre-honeymoon' love scene and not be cyber stone to death.  LOL  So I'm hoping it didn't/doesn't disappoint (anybody).  Glad you liked it, Stormy.

And last but not least element. The surprise.  I couldn't let Todd and Evangeline begin their new life together without Thomas Todd Jr.  Not to paint John a bad guy, but someone (logical) had to take the fall for keeping the baby away from Todd.  John fit the bill and truly was the only with the connect to Marcie and Michael who would have the resources to get away with something like that.

So to all my Jovan/Tangie readers, don't take it to heart.  John doesn't care about Todd, but he does care about Evangeline.  That's why he turned TJ over.  Because of Van.  And Van will always have a small part of her that cares for him, and he for her (no matter what the doofus's on OLTL try to spin).
