Title: Chapter 36: I'll Send You My Best Part 1

This was WONDERFUL.  Nikolai LOVES Sunny....and thankfully, she now readily admits that she LOVES Nikolai.  About time. LOL.  Since they will probably be in bed for several days, ...even in Paris,....I hope Nikolai has enough guts to ask her to marry him now...and perhaps they can start considering little bambinos...or whatever the word is in Russian.  LOL.   Nikolai will literally dote on Sunshine (like he already does (smile)) and their baby will be considered like a little prince...or princess.  Ahh...

What is going on in Royce's mind?  Why was Sunshine the only one of trip members to get her ticket upgraded to First class like Royce?

Look forward to the next update.

Title: Chapter 42: I've Made Up My Mind... to Let My Life Shine

YES!! You did the impossible.  You kept them together and Nikolai gets to keep his properties, so that he gets to remain who he is without the danger, per Papa Stanislasky. LOL.  AND Sergei gets to live.  With Anatoly as the new boss, it will happen.  And he will be able to take the money from the diamond bracelet and carve out a NEW life. 

It was Perfect....just PERFECT.  I LOVED this story.  I was teary-eyed at this chapter.  You are SUCH a WONDERFUL story teller!!!!  You made it seem like I was watching a movie.  I am sooo looking forward to the Epilogue. 

And I know it is selfish, but in the future, might you consider doing a Sunshine and Nikolai II?

Title: Chapter 41: ...And Make My Life Shine

Oh no,....oh no....please don't let Sunny leave Nikolai.  He won't be able to take it.  Yes, he went overboard,...but Sergei is still breathing.  He is not dead.  But if Sunny leaves Nikolai,....the loss of his Sunshine will make him shrivel up before her eyes....and die.  His heart may beat, but he will be dead. 

So, please give Sunny a double dose of wisdom and let them talk this out,...with Sunny staying with Nikolai,...with his promise to leave the business (perhaps)?

Do it, however you want, but only make sure that Sunny and Nikolai stay together.

By the way, I am glad Sergei is still alive.  And look at how important Sunny is to Nikolai, he didn't kill Sergei, afterall.  Can't she see that she is the CENTER, BEGINNING, and the END of Nikolai's life?

Is the end of the story really coming?

Nooooo!  A cliffhanger after the gun goes off.......Please give us an Update soooooon, so we know what happened. 

Why did Nikolai feel he needed to rush Sergei?  He changed COMPLETELY when Sunshine suggested that they go somewhere and talk.  This is partly her fault for not discussing Sergei with Nikolai earlier. 

I sure don't want Nikolai to die....so don't let him.  Does Sergei have to die, I mean, Nikolai has the power to put him out of the organization, in another state or country, to start a new life...alive...as a gift to Sunny. 

Unfortunately, this situation and how Nikolai takes Sergei down will probably show Sunny how he got his name.  Even though, I think Sunny, unlike the wife of Stanislasky knows without being told, what Nikolai has done in the past.  I mean Sergei told her quite a bit before she told him to shut up.

And WHERE is Stanislasky so he can tell Nikolai and Sunny how Nikolai's life is going to change. 

Please don't let Sunny or Nikolai be dead....

Title: Chapter 35: Around the Kinda Misery I Find Part 3

That was a really good update.  Sunny is beginning to see her relationship with Nikolai more clearly.  Royce turned out to be a good person to talk with.  And if she asked, I think Nikolai would change even more.  Particularly, after Nikolai had to wait 16 hours to see her again on the web cam.  I don't think Nikolai ever wants them to be separated again.  And I think Stansilasky would understand...and as Nikolai is like a son to him, Stanislasky would help Nikolai, so he doesn't lose Sunshine.

Thanks for the update sooner, rather than later.  I just LOVE this story.  Looking forward to more.

Title: Chapter 2: Satisfy this Hungriness

Hmmm,...I like your introduction.  Sunshine is a fighter.  Her father is just plain lost.  Nikolai is tough as nails; even the Russians in power are afraid of him. Segei is cute and is too nice to beat up people. AndAnatoly,...he's a real tough guy.

You really got me hooked on this story!  How will the Russian treat her...will he handle her too roughly or will he respect her?  Looking forward to the next Update....

Title: Chapter 3: You Touch Me

WOW!  This was a Great Update!

I had to laugh at Segei almost breaking his neck in his attempt to avoid touching Sunshine.  He's a cutie pie.  He is so close in age to Sunshine...will they become good friends...or more?

Nikolai is obviously a man to be feared and tough; look how he threw out Darla.  Will she try to get back at Sunshine for Nikolai kicking her out?

Nikolai is used to getting what he wants.  He says he will not break her, even though he and she both know that he could very easily.  Right now he wants Sunshine.  Will his "want" turn into love, one day.  Sunshine did not seem that opposed to the "kiss."  I wonder if she resistance will turn into passion for Nikolai. He is not holding anything back.  By the way, the kissing scene at the end was HOT!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe Sunshine's dad will get his act together so she won't have to stay with Nikolai too long.  He better hurry.  I think if he doesn't, Nikolai will never let her go.  But if her father is not getting much money from his plumbing business, how is going to support him and his son without going to the mob again?  Although, I guess Sunshine could pawn her new bracelet. 

I REALLY like this story!  I can hardly wait for the Update.

Title: Chapter 5: We are creatures of the wind

I like the way this story is developing.  Sunshine is learning to stand up for herself, even to Nikolai.  A strong-minded heroine.  Sergei is still a sweetheart.  And though Nikolai can be a bad ass, I like him so far.  Anatoly is trying to put Darla in his pocket or vice versa.  Will that effect Nikolai and Sunshine's relationship?  And I also like how Sunshine thinks of her brother's future.  Is there anything she can do for dad.  She will be gone and so will Benji.  Her father is already drinking.  If she doesn't think of something, he may drink himself to death.

Good story...great Update.  Can't wait for more....

Title: Chapter 6: Wild is the Wind

Okay, who said, "Yes, I think I'm yours."  Was it Sunshine or Nikolai, or both?

I loved this Update. Nikolai is having to adjust almost as much as Sunshine is.  Whis is only fair.  And Anatoly smirks a lot; Nikolai does not seem to like it.  He does better with Sergei.

And the evening was VERY romantic.  I am proud of Nikolai.  And he actually bought the pendant necklace that she wore.  I think he surprised himself. LOL.

And the love scene...WOW!!  It may be your first, but it sure did not read like a first.  It was GREAT! 

I am very glad for your muse.  I can hardly wait for the next Update.  I really like Sunshine and Nikolai together.  They make a wonderful couple.  But he does have a problem sharing...how is he going to share her with her NYU? 

Her father was sleeping on the couch after drinking all day...is there any way to get him to turn himself around.  Otherwise, he appears to be a walking deadman.

Even a short update is good to read. 

I think Nikolai is really beginning to fall for Sunshine.  He is really serious when he shows how upset he would be if she runs from him.  If she ran or was taken, I think Nikolai would do ANYTHING to get her back...and kill whoever was responsible.

And discrete personal guard...I think we are talking about Sergei.  But two of them, I hope that does not include Anatoly.

Title: Chapter 9: Let the Wind Blow through Your Heart Part 2

Every chapter makes me love this story, more and more. 

Nikolai is so sweet with Sunshine.  And she feels very open with him...so he opens up to her.  He is a hard man, who is actually making himself open and vulnerable to her.  I love it.

I like the part about Nikolai's tatoos.  It reminds me of that Italian actor Viggo Morenson in the movie, Eastern Promises (good movie, btw).

Title: Chapter 10: When I'm cold inside...You are warm and bright

He was 1/2 hour late for a meeting?????  Unheard of. LOL.  Sunshine is turning is life upside down already. I love it.  I think Nikolai needs Sunshine more than he knows.  She is humanizing him.

It looks like Sergei has a photo of Sunshine?  If so, I hope he is careful with it around Nikolai...actually, I think he should keep it hidden.  Nikolai is SUCH a jealous man.  He had the gardner beaten for sleeping. Nikolai will do worse if he knows that Sergei has her photo.

Sunshine called her brother in the last Update, but she didn't seem to care about her father.  I am glad to see in this Update that she does care about it.  Yes, he has not been the best father, but you cannot turn off love like a faucett.  And Alcoholics Anonymous...great.

I can't wait for the next Update!

Yep, I think it is clear that Nikolai is falling in love with Sunshine.  He can deny her nothing.  However, I hope he never learns about Sam giving her a good-bye kiss.  It was only between friends, but Nikolai will not take it that way, nor will he be happy that Sergei never told him.

I am addicted to this story. LOL.  I can hardly wait for the next Update.

Title: Chapter 13: You know I tell the truth... We are just the same

After a year, Sunshine and Nikolai are a wonderful couple.  Nikolai is falling in love with her and she with him.

Her father is trying.  You got to admire that.  But he does not realize that Sunshine is falling in love with Nikolai.

And now with the tears, Sergei holds her. I think  he has forgotten himself.  He has to be careful.  Nikolai is a VERY OBSERVANT man.  He observes what is said and what is not said. 

And if Nikolai allows Sergei to go to college, too, we know that something will happen to Sunshine.  And unless Sergei risks his life to protect her from danger, I bet Nikolai will PERSONALLY beat Sergei within an inch of his life.  I think Nikolai would temporarily go crazy.  And I don't put it past Darla to help in trying to hurt Sunshine, especially as she learns about Sunshine and her father.  Darla does not seem very bright.  If she does anything that might lead to Sunshine getting hurt or frightened or anything, I think Nikolai would simply kill her.

Oh man, I just LOVE this story!!!!!!

Title: Chapter 14: Making Holes in the Night

Ohh...I loved this Update.  Your descriptions of everyone's actions and reactions were so well delineated that I felt like I was in a movie theatre.  I could actually see Nikolai walking Sunshine to the couch in his study and watching her fight her tears while he had his hand over his mouth so that she could not see how her pain disturbed him. 

And Sergei is playing Russian roulette with his life.  Nikolai has twice noted that Sergei touched Sunshine.  Before Sergei knows it, he will find himself suffering a punishing example by Nikolai.  But of course, if that happens, Sunshine will not be happy.  It is going to be a conumdrum. 

And Jacob, Jacob, Jacob.  You are not getting the picture here.  Now, cutting him off from gambling,...that is going to be really painful for Jacob.  Oh boy, we are going to reach a flashpoint on Jacob's issues.  And Nikolai might just pull out his gun again and just shoot him.

Man oh Man, this story is getting so interesting!!! I love your storytelling!

Title: Chapter 15: I can feel everything you do...Hear everything you say

This was a GREAT update!  Yes, Nikolai knows how Sergei feels about Sunshine.  Sergei was not careful enough hiding his feelings.  And Anatoly is afraid for his younger brother, as well he should be.  Nikolai doesn't play. 

I am glad that Jacob is going to go into Rehab.  I hope he does it soon.  I don't trust Darla.  I am concerned that she might try to talk Sunshine's dad into drinking again.

And now that Darla knows that Sunshine is the woman who Nikolai got rid of her for, I'm afraid that we may have problems...serious problems.  Nikolai is VERY MUCH in love with Sunshine and I think it is mutual.  And I love your love scenes.  It is clear that Nikolai would do ANYTHING to keep Sunshine HIS; and he is definitely HERS. I love it.

Yes, Sergei is going to go to school, but he also needs another sista' to focus on. LOL.  I hope that Sergei tells Nikolai that he saw Darla with Sunshine's father.  Nikolai can certainly take care of Darla...if he knows about it.  And heaven help Sergei if something happens to Sunshine. 

PLEASE GIVE US ANOTHER UPDATE.....

Title: Chapter 17: We Are Building Bridges Part 2

It was an interesting Update.  I don't understand the dreams about "in waiting", at least not yet.  Based upon Nikolai's reactions to Sunny being a few hours late, I think it is a sure bet that he is NOT going to let her go in 4 years.  Sunshine has become an indispensible part of his life. 

It is hard for Nikolai to share, even for school, let alone AlaTeen.  And now the party...Sunshine is really pushing her luck.  She strays too far and Nikolai will simply take it all away.  She cannot forget the situation she is in. 

Jetta seems like she will be a good friend.  Sunshine needs more of those.  Nikolai will have to get used to Sunshine meeting new people, male and female, as she grows and deals with being a child of an alcoholic.

Oh, and Onimosity...do you have a front, full face, view of Nikolai.  He is the only character who has a side view.  Can we get a "full on" view??????   Thanks.

Title: Chapter 18: A fire burns... Water comes

I LOVED this Update!  But then again, I LOVE everything to do with this story. 

Sunshine and Nikolai truly love each other.  Just like Sunny still loves her father, I think she will love Nikolai, no matter what she learns about him. 

Sergei has fallen for Sunshine, but I think she really and truly loves Nikolai.  And that won't change, even if she finds out about Sergei's feelings for her.

I think Nikolai made a mistake trusting Darla.  I think that is a decision that will come back to bit him in the buttocks.  Oh well. 

Question:  Will Nikolai ask Sunshine to marry him one day soon?  And will Nikolai take Sunshine to Russia to meet his "Godfather?"  This will all mean bringing Sunny into his world.  I don't know...I think Nikolai wants to keep Sunny out of his world, no matter the price.  Questions is, will that price mean letting her go.  But I think Nikolai would die, if he really had to let Sunshine go...Sitting in his bedroom thinking about his love for Sunshine...Nikolai is a goner.

Title: Chapter 19: Even When You're Miles Away Part 1

Great Update.  Now Nikolai's godfather has approved Sunshine and little Kostya has definitely approved of her, Nikolai can hopefully move forward with his ideas of making their relationship permanent.  I can certainly visualize their children...Beautiful.

The only problem I see, however, is if Sunshine discovers that Nikolai left money for her father so he could continue his addiction.  I think she will be upset with Nikolai, but she is SOOOOO in love with him, she might be willing to forgive him.  We'll have to see....

And where is Darla?  Why has she disappeared?

Ohhh, Darla, Darla, Darla.....what have you done????? 

You may have done what Jacob wanted, but you don't know Sunshine...and you don't know how she feels about Nikolai.  All you have done is help to break Sunshine's heart. 

The next Update is going to be very painful...I can feel it coming.

Title: Chapter 25: I'll Be Long Gone

Oh Sunshine...you have the absolute right to be hurt by what Nikolai has done...he was wrong.  But are you really going to be able to let your love for him die?  And his love for you?  Now,...both your hearts are broken.

However, everyone deserves a second chance,...even Nikolai.  Especially Nikolai because he loves you sooooo much.  And his life has been hell before you came into it.  Nikolai has cared for you, protected you...for the most part.  You are his life.  To hold yourself from him hurts him and you. 

I have to say, Onimosity, this Update made me cry.  It was written so well, I cried.  I am sad for Sunshine, but I also I am sad for Nikolai.  Obviously, he wants to marry her and  he was just about to ask her.  I hope you find a way for them to get back together.  I realize that Nikolai will have to do penance by watching her with other men...if that is even possible for him.  But doing penance is toward the goal of absolution.  Nikolai cannot live without Sunny.  And I think she will miss him too.  So, please find a way for them to get back together.

Title: Chapter 27: Today Is a New Day

I like that Sunshine is letting Nikolai earn his way back to her.  And I am glad that she talked to him about Sergei, so that Nikolai does not kill him when he learns that she is seeing him.  Now he knows that she is not "seeing" him in a romantic way.  She also needs to carefully see Jil, who appears to have already fallen for her. 

She cannot help herself with Nikolai.  She loves him.  He made a mistake...a BIG mistake.  But even Nikolai deserves a second chance to show that he can change..for her and for himself.  I like how their new relationship is evolving.  True love is so special and wonderful, that once you are fortunate enough to find it,...you should not just throw it away because of one mistake.  Like so many of your readers, I'm sure, I wish I had a Nikolai in my life.

I can't wait for your next Updates.
