Carmen Santos is the only girl that will lay an eye on Jesse Carreon. They've been friends since Jesse moved there when he was seven years old. Jesse soon realizes that he is falling in love with Carmen, he doesn't want to. Carmen is goregous in his eyes but it's his bestfriend. He worries that he'll ruin yet another relationship in his life.

Fredrick Carreon is Jesse's older brother and being the popular guy at Forrest High School in Jacksonville, Florida. He gets what he wants and when he wants. His best friend Rochelle is the same way. He knows that she likes him but he only uses her for the goods that she dishes out.

When these four teens come to their epiphanies things between them will never be the same.
