This is set a year after the niners lost at the Super Bowl this year. So, for the purposes of this story, let's pretend they win the 2014 Super Bowl. Also, I suppose you could consider SOME of this AU. I don't predict making much of it...unrealistic though. However, if I do, please don't hesitate to let me know. I appreciate and respect constructive criticism.

Wow! Thanks for the awesome response. Really wasn't expecting it. Sorry for any mistakes, I typed this on my Touch and I'm not always the best with cathcing little mistakes.

However, I need to take a moment out to thank an amazing person. Story Maya is actually based off of my RL best friend, who's also named Maya and is actually....basically....my co-author. She's been giving me a lot of these ideas and a lot of the upcoming ideas. She gives me the ideas and I turn them into...this. Haha. So big shoutout to her. She'll be my back-up when I go through one of my writer block phases.

Also, a lot of you have mentioned still wanting/hoping for a sex scenes. But I can pretty much promise you that I am not going to write any love scenes for this story. I just can't. 

However, if any of you would like to write one yourself and submit it to me or post it as a stand alone or whatever, I'm completely okay with that. As long as proper credit is given to me, and I will for sure give credit to you, I don't mind. Just wanted to throw that out there.

Sorry this took so long. I hate moving. It's so stressful. The life of a military brat though. Smh. Unfortunately, this chapter isn't set in the present time. It's a flashback, but I feel it's useful in shedding some light on Aria and her past.

Okay, let me start off by saying I greatly appreciate the interest all of you have found in my story. Especially those that have stuck with me throughout the long breaks and such. You guys are awesome. Now, I completely understand the frustration or confusion many of you have with the previous chapter. I would love to explain. But, I have my reasons and I'd rather let the reasons unfold within the story rather than giving them away in an authors note. However, I will make an attempt to write up a, if you will, "extra" chapter that will elaborate more on what happened in those hours, Arianna and Colin's talk, etc. I cannot give a post date though. You see, I also have this story posted on another site and I will be honest, they are a chapter ahead than you all are. It used to be the opposite. You all were ahead, but it is a lot easier to post the updates on the other site because they have an app. But, I will work on catching you guys up. Also, I am back in school now (College freshman woot woot!) and, not trying to brag at all because that's really not me, but I finished last semester with a 3.95 GPA and made the Deans List. I'd love to repeat that this semester as well. So, to try and keep a balance which won't leave me feeling overwhelmed and have you all waiting for an update, I've come up with a plan. I will update once a week and only once a week. Unless, of course, I have extra time to squeeze in an update. But, I think this will be good because I won't feel pressured to update every few days and I'll also, hopefully, be able to make the chapters longer. If any of you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to PM me or leave a review. I read them all. Hope you all understand. Now, enough of my babbling, and on with the story.
