Wow; Shon is such an unfeeling imbecile...I know I should be mad at Dawn because she's breaking her wedding vows and all that, but I actually feel sorry for her instead, and want her to find her own happiness and stop living to please others.
Hopefully this is not the end for Dawn and Xavier because apart from the smoking hot physical connection, they seem to connect on a deeper emotional level also...

I don't want her to go back to the asswipe her husband unfortuntely, Shon he is just ugggh!
Why is it such a big deal for him (Xavier) to tell her about the tv show based on her stories along with other erotic writers. She could be getting paid get a divorce from loser boy who is stuck on himself and move to NY.
All the proceeds from her writing would never see Shon grubby hands since he did not support her at all on her career choice.

So far this is amazing, I love how Dove is relatable and even though she's browbeaten because of her family she's still strong and sexy even if she's had to repress it.

i really feel for Dove and you are still owning this story, woman. the emotions conveyed are pitch-perfect; i can feel how settled, yet uncomfortable Dove is. and how much Xavier wants to be around Dove and his hesitency to tell the truth, knowing it'll mar their time greatly.
