Brenda, I want you to write me in the story so that I slap the hell out Cara!! Stephan has put his heart out there an told you that he was in love with you and you still don't believe him. Good story, but just a few suggestions. Show the reader what is happening verses just telling us what happened in your story. Also, when referring to events in your characters' past, you should use the simple past tense rather than the pluperfect (past participle with "had"). "he had ordered" or "she had lost." The phrasing is a little distracting. Thanks for sharing your work with us.

Cara finally told Stephan how she feels, it's about damn time. I love how Josiah has gotten attached to Josef and not to Anja. Cara is growing and hopefully she'll become her own person not just a shadow.

I like Anja. She was really looking out for them even though she had to knock a few heads together to get them to see what they really had in front of them.
