Cara should tell Stephen and the whole family what happened. Perhaps then the old S.O.B. won't be able to come to the wedding. I say able because he sure wasn't invited and if he gets his a@# tuned up he'll be to sore to come. Thanks for a great chapter and I can't wait for the next chapter.

Loved the update but uncle Douglas needs to learn when to leave things alone!! He's a trouble maker!!! Glad all left and gave them some space, he needed it. It was too many cooks in that kitchen!

Thanks for a great update.  Douglas is a meddling old man. I hope that he will be more civil to Cara now that he had to participate in the birth of the twins by driving Cara to the hospital.  I was surprised that Stephen was so upset about missing the birt of the twins.  I like their names.

I got a little emotional myself right along with Stephan. I understand why he reacted that way. It may seem a little irrational, but I totally get it. I thought the same thing. Brenda, why would your muse choose to do that to Stephan? That's a shame! Cara robbed him of Josiah's birth, and that hurt him, so I was really hoping he would have that with these babies. If he'd had that at least, I dont think this would have affected like it did. Now it just adds up to zero. He got to name them, but it's not the same. He's missed all of his kids births! Both families were all gushing and holding them and he felt like an outsider. Even Douglas was there and that was really hard for me to take; considering how he feels about Cara. He, especially, didn't deserve that honor! I just feel so bad for Stephan.

This was bittersweet for me.

I tell you what, I would kick his old wrinkled ass. Stephan is going to lose his f'in mind when he finds out that his uncle was probably responsible for Cara's premature labor. Great update. This is a beautiful story,I love how strong Cara has become. I bet the uncle of will think twice before meddling in folks business now he see Cara isn't just some country girl with no sense. I can't hardly wait until Stephan get a hold of his uncle. Didn't the old fool realize he was putting Cara and great great nieces in damage by up setting her while she was so late in her pregnancy,glad everything turn out alright. Kinda sad Stephan wasn't able to see the birth of his daughter, but happy that Cara was make him realize it wasn't his fault. Those two bring out the best of each others.Looking forward for the next update.

Uncle Doug continues to be a handful. First he shows up at Cara's house and procedes to unleash Stephan's private business. Then he has the nerve to expect Stephan to detail his car, after he may have cause Cara to go into premature labor.

My thoughts personally as that the ole codger can clean the car his damn self. Futhermore he should stay away from the wedding. I think now would be a perfect time for him to visit Germany with his daughter.
