Btw, agree with Anon, don't make her show up... Coz 1) he needs to work for it, and 2) if she really wants the paps to stop, showing up at the Waldorf Astoria is not the way to achieve that goal, and 3) he should know that.

It's a nice setup, but a little sparse on details. What does Glory do, and how old is she? I am guessing a bit over 20. I am assuming she is young to let her mom run her life like that. Does she still live at home?

She does not live at home. She has her own brownstone. As for other things, they will be unveiled later.

I really enjoyed the first two chapters, and eagerly await more. David for all of his fame is a gentleman in every sinc of the word. and Glory is just plain sweet and I do feel like that she has a good head on her shoulder.

This story sound promising.  I like the cast photos of Glory and her Mum, just natural beauty of real black women. I don't know image you use for David, good looks. Now this story is going to be real for a lot of your reader, who will indentify with Glory two world, so I am looking forward to see where you take us on this journey of Glory.

First. YUM. I went straight to YouTube to hear him speak. YUM. He sounds like a man. So, yeah, YUM. I like the way he is with Glory. Glory is no more hypocritical than some of the other folks that are so quick to jump on her. I'm looking forward to see how this plays out.

Oh, and did I say YUM? Well, it bears repeating, YUM.

It would be awesome if she did not show up. I mean because in most stories, the girl would show up. Please do not let her show up. Let him come to her, but now that I think about it I don't know which would be worse. He is famous, she is leading a double life so to speak. I swear I would not show up. Not to hurt David, but because cameras would never stop flashing. Then again he would have to be pretty sneaky to get to her without camera's following him. So who knows. I just would want to diffuse this situation as soon as possible and with Glory staying away it could work, but if she goes to dinner with him out in the open, the story will never go away. Great start, post again soon!
