I love Mr. Ken's POV. It's rare to read such an excellent story completely from a man's POV. You have captured something special and put word's to his soul!

Stunning summation of Mr. Ken feeling of how the courtship of his marriage started. He stated he has no feeling for Jamica, yet he makes a point to seek her attention. In small way his is like Mildred trying to find that something that will make life bearable until he realized it's okay to let go of what people expected of you. Mr. Ken did not trully realized what type of person he marry. He placed Mildred on a pedstal from the beginning and close his eyes. In a way he used Mildred to escape from his father demands. Jamica level of maturity and balance thinking is refreshing.

Mildred was slut bad when he met her, Ken a ho does not make a good wife or mother. Ken learned the hard way and it took twenty years to sink in. His memories of MJ are just sad as she never deserved him. I don't believe that she ever loved Ken she was just using him. Jamaica seems to be very mature for age, but the age difference is a concern.

Thank you! A lot of stories I read in general, especially romance books and novels, are from a woman's point of view. There are a lot of ladies on here I feel that try to add in a man's pov along with the females and I love it! :} I thought this would be refreshing for a change, to show not only women are hurt, but they are capable of hurting too. I just feel like a lot of people are so quick to shout the word "divorce". Every relationship is different and loving someone even though they have repeatedly hurt you doesn't necessarily mean you're a fool. People evolve in relationships and sometimes, especially when a couple married young and for so long things can turn stale and it might seem that they don't connect and their might be some serious problems but it doesn't mean that it means they should go their separate ways. It's just really part of the process.
I personally see Jamica as someone who sort of enlightens Ken AND Mildred in a way.

A lot of people are quick to scream divorce, and that was one reason why I had originally planned to not have them get a divorce. However, I wanted to introduce Jamica into his life in the cleanest way possible, and where he feel like he needed somebody to journey along with him. I did not want the wife to be dirty and him be dirty as well. The only way he would have grown, in my mind, is if his wife wasnt there suffocating him, and hindering him from blossoming as a person. And you are correct, maybe, in your statement about Jamica enlightening the both of them! I have plans. Muahahaha. :}

Maybe she is his emotional kleenex. Haha. I am playing. I will not do that. I would like to think of her as being more like a white out. Take out the things you dont want and replace them with what you do. :} I dont know if thats any better though. Haha. But thank you for your review!

The reason I have not written from her pov is because I have not comprehended fully who she is. Plus, I feel only Ken can explain to you what she does for him. You will get some of her though!

I like it from Ken's perspective. This was not what I thought it was going to be. It is a pleasant story. I am curious how this will end. You will find your way, take your time it will come. I am so glad Mildred got hers. Most ppl don't know a good thing until it is gone. Are you going to explore why Mildred began the affairs?

Thank you for your post! I am glad it is not what you had expected. :} I have the ending all planned out in my head. Thank you for your kind words. It is difficult writing, especially when the simplest of words can mean so much but be portrayed differentely than you want them to. I will explore it, but only briefly. My main focus is on Kevin and his recovery, and through that we will learn of Mildred's reasons.

Ken served MJ the divorce papers, that made me so happy. She cussed Ken out calling him ungrateful, has ass is the ungrateful one. Cheating on Ken the father of her children. I am so flad that the ho gets not damn thing extra. I had to read this last chapter twice because I loved rwading about MJ's downfall! Awesome!!

The problem with Mr,. Ken and his wife. They marry to young and they needed to explored their youth. Mr. Ken is so caught up with how his marriage used to be. He need to divorce his wife, and learn how to live again. His wife has already distance herself from the marriage and children. Amazing writing.

That mad me soo sad!!! I mean this man even though he had nothing he continuously gave his wife things that they didn't need but wanted more if she didn't spend money like she did he'd be rich and she'd be cool I guess. I thank you very much for your post! I try to connect with the readers through pain, and I am never sure if I explain things right to provoke the reader's sympathy with my characters. So your post meant a lot to me. I wanted to take it a little bit furthter and make it a tad bit more realistic.
