Exactly what the title says. Based off of Beyonce's Dance for you.

This challenge is one about dancers. The dance world is growing everyday with events like World of Dance and television shows like ABDC. The challenge is to write about two people (preferably the couple mentioned below) in the dance world and there has to be some struggle. Whether it be one or both are already in a relationship, one or both travel a lot because of the business or my personal favorite the hate/love fiasco. Basically anything that creates a rift in the friendship/relationship that they have to overcome. This idea came from watching this video: http://youtu.be/SifyCVRO_3o The dancers are Ian Eastwood (who is currently on ABDC with the Mos Wanted Crew) and Elysandra Quinores (who dances for Justin Bieber). You are free to use any two characters but I'd prefer those two. Happy writing!
(also send me a message if you want to create a better banner lol)
As the title says its DECEMBER! And all this year the talented writers of the Chamber have blessed us with unbelievable stories with unforgettable characters that took us away from the chaos we call our lives.
So as we are scurring around to finish that dang blasted last minute shopping, why not add some End of Year Prompts to round out 2013.
You ready? Here we go!
This is my challenge to you. I want you to look thru all of the challenges and pick 3 you haven't responded to yet. Now don't that sound simple?
Prompt Rules:
Word count on all three no more than 750.
Two of the three must be in first person.
The remaining one must not have any dialogue.
I can't wait to see what you all will come up with. MERRY XMAS!!
Your story has to involve something dark. Whether it's the male protagonist, or the main female character, it's up to you. Gangs, drugs, loved ones dying, whatever. No rape though, I've had enough of those.

Ever notice how often a story ends with those three little words? Well this month, we’re challenging our writers to show us what comes after two people say I love you. Original story or fan fiction, it’s all up to you. Just make sure the story starts with "I love you."
What comes next? Are you up for the challenge?
This challenge was inspired by the un_love_you live journal community.
Join The Chamber as we celebrate the fall season with stories highlighting the importance of family.
This month, we’re asking our authors to write fiction celebrating the trails of parenthood and the bonds between sisters and brothers. Fan fiction or original, drabble or multi-chapter it’s up to you. Just make sure the ties that bind are the focus of your story.
It’s a fall writing challenge from our family to yours.
A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out. This month we’re challenging our authors to write about the ups and downs of true friendship. Fan fiction or original story, it’s up to you, just as long as friendship is the focus of your story.
The Chamber is in need of a few good friends. Are you up for the challenge?
What is it about the sexy lumberjack, that bring out the shameless vixen in all of us? You know, that type of man where he builds, with his own hands. Provides with his own hands and loves with an almost primal intensity that comes with being a child of nature.
To be honest a sexy mountain man or lumberjack does it for me. Maybe its the beard or the simple lifestyle of being one with the forest. Or it could be the way he handles an axe.
My challenge to you, Chamber Authors is to spin your own tale about the sexy mountain man or lumberjack of your daydreams, fanasties or maybe nightmares, if that is how you roll.
Anything Goes.
In town there's a diner where everyone knows your name, your hidden past and also your uncertain future. And if you come on the right night, you can get your coffee just the way you like it and a good story to pass the time. What happens when the story of the night is about you?
PROMPT RULES- 750 word count and it must be in first person.
HAVE FUN!!!!
Yeah Valentine is about Love, Happiness and lots of Chocolates but lets be real its more than just that for this cursed holiday. The emotional rollercaster a person could experience in just those 24 hours can go from the joy of brand new love all the way to murderous rage...that's alot of grey area in between ain't it? Thought so...
This challenge is for the that grey area. This challenge is not for those sappy sugary sweet love stories. Anything can happen in that grey area and its your job to provide the story. Good Luck!

Book,Smooth,Peridot
This is a challenge of spontaneity in literature by using only three words. Find the nearest book, magazine, etc. and write down the first (1) Noun, and (2) Adjective you see. Then write down the first (3) Color you see. Based on these words, create an original story of any genre.
The 2012 Christmas challenge is here. Write something... Christmassy!!

Roses are red. Blood is blue. Love is forever, but revenge can be too...
They say that what goes around comes back around three fold. This month's challenge is all about the flip side of attraction, love, and lust. But instead of the typical love gone wrong cliché, this challenge focuses on selfish, self-serving you-know-what's getting their hearts handed back to them on a silver platter. Literally. The couples can be male/female, male/male, female/female, or any other combination so long as one of them is getting his or her just desserts.
Your car just quit on a dark stretch of road, not a passing car in sight. You debate on staying in your car and pray for help to roll by or take a chance to footing it. You decide on the later and after a few miles, you finally see another wandering soul. What happens next?
The only rule of the prompt is that it can be no longer than 500 words!
What would it have been like for two people of different races to fall in love when blacks were considered second class citizens and such love was rejected by society?
This challenge is for you to write a story that occurred prior to society accepting interracial relationships, telling of the hardships and challenges two people faced and how their love overcame adversity.

We’ve all heard the saying but never take it literally. This challenge is to create a story centered on a character that has a disability of any sort. Whether he/she is a blind gardener, a paraplegic teacher or a mute mechanic, they may have their limitations but their hearts are always capable of love.
Even crazy people need love

This challenge focuses on the character that is so crazily intent on getting the one they want to love them in return, that it clouds all rational thought. Or maybe that mental patient has a heart of gold as long as they take their meds. Either way love should be for everyone…right? So whether your character is a schitzo or a stalker, how far will they go to get the one they want?
I would love to see a story where Lainey helps Nick get over Emily's death and for her and Liz to show him that Rebecca is a con. No Liz and Nic hook up she is with Jason...I would like to see Nic romance Lainey and for her to give Rebecca a SMACK down
When "happily ever after" fails
And we've been poisoned by these fairy tales
The challenge is to write about what happens when things don't work. When our childish dreams prove to be exactly nothing more than chilish fantasies? Expectations are failed to be met and it is time to pick up the pieces? How do you start again? Do we learn from our mistakes and do things better next time? Does it make you a better person? Is it ineviatable?
