Very intense. Your writing style is highly intense and you use your words to really infuse life into your story. You really show your readers the ambivalence in the relationship between Max and Layla. A great reading experience.

Dude, I so love this story! I don't know what that says about me. lmao
The part about her being all alone and taking the pills was sad. I can't believe she's having his kid, although I sorta thought you were going there when he looks at her stomach. How in the world can she marry him? I can't see her taking him home to meet the family.
I can't wait to read the next one, I hope it's as long or longer than this one.

Yeah that was intense, but I enjoyed it I would love a back story. What is he? Where's he from? I want to know if she will ever escape? This has so much potential to be an interesting full length if written right. Of course their would have to be good guy to balance this out, because I don't see him conforming.

Wow this is really good!! I hope that you find the inspiration to continue this. I'm the type of person who loves dark stories, so i'm probably one of a few who actually wants her to stay with him. It'd be cool if she became a demon herself.

Wow, this is scary, creepy, delicious, hot, and intense all wrapped into one great story. I love it. I don't think poor Layla has a chance of escaping Maximus now. Good job. I like that you write outside the box. Can't wait for the next installment.

Ok I feel so bad for her I could cry!! How is ever going to get this demon out of her life. H is slowly killing her. He says he want sto marry her and them to have a family..that would destroy her for sure...she is taking medication when he is leave her ..she cannot do that for life...He is cruel and brutal to her as demons are so how could a humna survive that kind of life. She has to escaoe or destroy him..but how!! I want her free for her own sanity...and God forbid they have a baby..spawn of Satan is the last thing she needs!!'

Wow..I was about to read Vermillion and thought maybe I should start at the beginning..let me say..wow ok just wow!!
What ha sshe gotten herself into...I am afraid to read more but I am have to it is like a bad car accident you want to look away but your eyes are drawn to it....wow!!
Needless to say she was careless and foolish to bring a man she does not know to her home to have sex...but we all do silly things in our lives...I cannot wait to read the next story and finally Vermillion..I am more than intrigued!!
You really did an awesome job with this story sweetie...I was afraid of this SOB and I am so worried for our girl, Will she be abel to get awy from him...will he destroy her..he does not car about her just wants to use her body..but why..why her and how will escape!!

It seems Layla wasn't sure if she wanted Maxiums or not.. I thought Maxiums was lusting after Layla but when she had her apartment blessed and it kept him away he realized that he loved her and wanted to give her want she wanted most. A husband, kids a family..
Looking forward to the next installment.

I absolutely loved this!!! I've read Scream but haven't checked out Menagerie yet...I suppose after reading this...I will have to...man, this was intense...found myself not wanting it to end...Maximus is a beast...in more ways than one...and poor Layla...don't know if I should feel sorry for her or jealous of her, haha...this was really great...anxiously anticipating the next installment...
