I thorougly enjoyed this story. I watch True Blood and you really stayed true to Tara and Sam's character.

So glad that Tara is rising above her fears and giving the both of them a chance. She has even kissed him in the coffee shop and in the parking lot, AND on top of that, she invited him to dinner. All these moves says a lot. That she is 100% committed to trying. Man, after reading this, I was floating on air. I can't wait for the next chapter. Again, well, well, written.

I hope Tara will explain herself to Sam the next time they meet. He tries so hard. Poor guy, after that, he needed a hug. That Miss Thelma deserved to be told off. The nerve of her, pretending to be nice. That one is trouble waiting to happen.

I'm sure it never escaped Tara's mind that Maya may turn out to be a shifter like her dad. Now that her very own flesh and blood may be one which meant that this will help Tara to get over her hang-ups over supes starting with her daughter's own father, Sam. And after all the dust has settled, I am hoping that the family will unite even stronger.

I don't usually read TB fanfic or many fanfics for that matter, but this one caught my eye. Which is strange, because I don't really care for Tara. I think the idea of Tara as a mom intrigues me. I want to see what you do with the character.

I couldn't wait so I quickly skimmed to see who Maya's father was...it is as I suspected...SAM...I knew she couldn't have been Franklin's as he was a vampire and couldn't procreate (though I did love that adorable psycho to my very marrow) but he put my girl, Tara, through hell...and he had to go...so that left only Eggs and Sam as the likely candidates...now, before Season 3...I would have said that Sam would be all understanding...but now that we know that Sam has a dark side...I wonder how well that will bode for Tara...she kept the man's child from him and kept her paternity a secret...oh boy...Tara's in some deep you-know-what...how will Sam react when he learns the truth about Maya...I hope he doesn't go beserk...and shouldn't Tara be worried that her baby could possibly have inherited the supernatural genes from her father (after all isn't Sam's father, Joe Lee, a human and his mother is the shifter)...and since Tara wants nothing to do with supes...how will she react if Maya is indeed a shifter like her daddy (btw, how long does it take for the shifting abilities to manifest)...I'm so psyched about this story...I truly believe that Tara and Sam are unlikely soul mates...looking forward to how everything turns out...thanks for the story!!!

That's Sam daughter isn't it? Isn't Tara worried that Maya is part Shape Shifter? Are you going to add pictures,? Because I want to see a pic of the baby.
