OMG. this story gets more and more mysterious, and I'm loving it.
I kinda figured that Lorenzo was on to Vange, I wonder what his "offer" to her will be, those two are so into eachother, but they are both trying not to be.
Layla having an affair with Mrs. Truman WOW WOW WOW, thats all I have to say, I wonder Spencer found out.
It seems that Sam has both Lucky and Taila where she wants them.

yes, i'm still reading this great fic and i have been waiting eagerly for the this update. first thing i must say is....NOOOO!!! one chapter left?!! say it ain't so! i LOVE this series and it seems like we're saying goodbye to this installment too soon.
for one thing, i really want to read more about ric and lainey. i found lainey to be a very intriguing character and was looking forward to a more indepth backstory, especially after the balcony scene from chapter seven. this scene and the one in the "cat house" parking lot made me wish that ric and lainey had a mini-fic of their own. ;)
the main reason i'm not ready to say goodbye to this story is i need more lorenzo! he is a more complex character in your series than he was on gh. they really didn't do him justice. lorenzo was a very compelling man when he first arrive in port charles. his magnetism was instantaneous. unfortunately, the "writers" weakened him in order to prop the shrine that had been erected to the mighty sonny corinthos. for me, the lorenzo being a fool for love in your series is much better than the one who played the fool in the absurd storylines they wrote on gh.
okay, enough of the rant and on to the praise. i just want to say thank you for this excellent series. with evangeline and lorenzo, you've taken two grossly mistreated characters, diluted then abandoned, and returned them to their unapologetically driven and ruthless origins. BRAVA!!!

I wonder what the FBI want with Vange, and if Lorenzo really meant it when he said the "past" was behind he and Vange.
I knew that Sam and Zander would hook-up and it seems that their plan is working.... you have written Lucky the way they do on GH a clueless fool, how is he already in love with Taila, GMAB...
So Jerry killed the hookers, but is it so it will take focus off the fact that Spencer killed Layla( at least thats what I think)
As for Faith, I wonder if she was sleeping with AJ and if he is the body that David found.

Great Update...I still don't trust Lorenzo. Why is he selling Evangeline a bunch of shit.. Them togethers, vacations??? I just don't buy it. I thought it was funny that Evangeline was like " it wasn't me" and noqw the FBI want to talk to her..Evangeline has always played things very close to the vest.. so I smell a rat.. however, with Agent Bo on the case, I suspect she can outsmart him.

So you've got me wondering how this is going to all tie together. I love Lucky being a real cop for once and calling Talia on her lies, that was nice.
