Alexx should feel shame. She was upset that Ryan would be mad not give her a change to explain her presence there with Preston, but she wouldn't let him explain his actions with Natalia! I want these two to hurry up and get it together.

Alexx is really the one who fell below expections this time.  Ryan of course screwed up but that doesn't make Alexx's faux paux any less grevious.

Glad you like Rylexx.  I'm very partial to them and think that Khandi Alexander and Jonathan Togo always had red hot chemistry only the show was too chicken to go there.  But not me.  lol

I am not sure why Ryan keeps trying with Alexx.  She keeps shooting him down she came the event with another man that she knows that Ryan doesn't trust.  Then she has the nerve to get mad at him because he is dancing with someone else...please she started the mess by bringing that sneaky bastard along to the event.  Whom admitted that he was enjoying Ryan acting like an ass until he realized how it was upsetting Alexx.  As far as Horatio goes...dude needs to mind his own business.  The new lab tech is a piece of work and she is going to have problems in that lab because they all have mad respect for Alexx.  Thanks

Wow.  If I didn't know better I'd think you were reading my mind.  Yes, Alexx is now the one with something to prove to Ryan, who for all his faults, has been honest about his feelings.

I LOVE this story and this couple!  Alexx and Ryan are really good together.  And Ryan's decision to step up his steadfast quiet pursuit of Alexx makes me impatient to see more.

It's been a while, but I wasn't disappointed.

Excuse my language, but Preston is a dick and I hate that Ryan ended up being the one seen as doing wrong.

Damn. Hot. And I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised that they didn't go all the way. Though that scene in her office was extremely good, I'm glad he held off. I'm not sure why exactly he did but redardless, I'll be reading farther to find out.

Ah, Preston of Grey's Anatomy. Another show I'm not such a big fan of, but sometimes I do find myself watching it because on occasion it's not so bad. Though the woman who plays the title character annoys the crap out of me....

I digress - i like this dude, despite that. He's sexy. And a nice competition for younger, earnest Ryan. Good stuff. 

FYI - I think his name is Ryan Wolfe, isn't it? You labeled him Woods. : )

It's great to see an update, Reese.

I have to agree with Alexx: both Ryan and Preson are acting like jackasses. I like the smooth intergration with Grey's. So, now we know what Preston was up to when he left Cristina at the altar. Preston is an ass for leaving Cristina, but it explains him behaviour. Preston is pretty hung on race, so I can see him as a man who wanted the typical middle class black family that uplifts the race by existing, and marying Cristina screws with that. So, of course he runs to Alexx, who he thinks would understand, and she does, but she's not about to get into anything with him so he can have his little fantasy come true.

And Ryan, so immature. He's whining because Alexx isn't paying attention to him. I wantd to smack him. I think if he wants to be in a serious relationship with Alexx, a woman with children he's going to have to do some serious growing up. How in the hell is going to discipline if he needs some discipline himself?

I love the two of them together. The sexual attraction is so palpable. Please don't make us wait too long for the next chapter!

I have to say again that you have   made Ryan "dead sexy" to me in this fic, i mean gosh damn. I may have to actually go wath some old CSI: Miami now and I hate that damn show, that is impressive and once again with the balls of steele that ol' boy is totin' around, I am quite sure he has a hernia now.lol
