I felt like Horatio's actions wouldn't be totally out of character for him.  He and Ryan have always had an interesting relationship. And you know how he is about his team and his lab.

OMG, Ryan and Alexx were too hot for words. I didn't know Ryan had it like that, but damn that was good to read. I love that they couldn't stand to pretend to not want each other any longer. Ryan is my hero. So cool. Hmm, I'm wondering about good Dr. Burke. I know his real story will come out very soon and isn't Horatio is a trip in a good way? Hot ass chapter here Reese. It was full with some great naughtiness here. I can't wait to read the next updated. :)

Yay, for the Rylexx hotness!  lol  I imagine Ryan to be very sexual and hot tempered, especially when i comes to Alexx, someone he feels deeply for and about.

Yeah, the dam finally broke for the two, and they couldn't resist.  Good stuff for us Rylexx fans.  :) 

Yes, there's more going on with Dr. Burke then meets the eye. That's for sure.

I'm glad you liked the bit of business with Horatio.  He's the one who inadvertently brought Burke to Miami because of his over the top thoroughness and efforts to go above and beyond for the departed's family.  But wouldn't we all like to have someone do that for us in similar circumstances, so...we'll just have to forgive him.

Okay, I loved the start of this. I'd always enjoyed the relationship between these two on the show and you've incorporated that beautifully here. I like that Ryan has slowly become a bigger part of her life, and that the tension between them is simmering just below the surface. This was a great chapter Reese, I'm looking forward to the next one. :)

Ryan is one determined guy. The way he insinuates himself into Alexx's life is a bit sleazy but well-intentioned, but that's Ryan in a nutshell. He loves Alexx and her kids, but his involvement in their life isn't selfless.

Can't wait for the next chapter.

I liked the story.  It appears that they are both attracted to each other and they work together which could be a problem.  So who was blowing up his phone?  I can't wait to read more because the chemostry between them was hawt.  Thanks

I'm glad you're enjoying the story.  Alexx and Ryan have always had that undercurrent of attraction in their relationship due to the great chemistry of those two actors on the show.  And yes, they are attracted to each other.  Ryan has more understanding of what his feelings, or course, than Alexx does at this point which is why he got to have the internal dialogue.  We'll be seeing more of how Alexx views this attraction and potential relationship through various modes of expression soon.

Yes, mixing work and relationships can always be a potential dicey situation, can't it? 

Lol!  Didn't those two have a burst of unexpected passion there at the end.  It was building for Ryan pretty steadily but Alexx seems to be a fairly passionate herself.  Glad you liked that scene.

I'm gonna update as soon as possible.  Don't want to keep you waiting.
