She was a shimmering light in a sea of darkness, vampires generally had a thing about wearing black, like they were worried they would come off less erotic and dangerous if they wore turquoise or camel.
That had me LMAO.
Loved the part where they locked eyes and felt something "almost like love." Very nice description. I'm hoping Lilith comes back in Before Nightrise *hint,hint*
