I am such a girl!! I made all the typical girly sounds while reading this story. It was so cute and sweet! I can only imagine Spock's response to that!

Did his parents love each other? Oh my I always thought so. Always thought that theirs was an amazing and beautiful love. Bring so different yet knowing each other so well. And isn't it just like a child not to figure it out until later.

Sarek/Amanda are a SERIOUS OTP of mine. They made it for at LEAST fifty years and they should be as incompatible as oil and water. But they definitely love each other; Amanda doesn't strike me as the type of woman who would stay in an unfulfilling relationship. They're an excellent blueprint for Spock and Uhura. :)
