as i said before, i haven't watched the show all that much, but i'm starting to get a strong sense of their personalities while i'm reading this, and i really see their potential.
i like kat's hard headed drivenness, though it has the ability to get her in trouble.
and i like scotty's dedication to doing the right thing even when he's not always sure what that is, seems he's been a bad boy in the past.
i'm so worried about what happens, though i know their daughters born healthy, but hurry up and update! :) i'm anxious!

Kat is a stubborn one, isn't she? And Scotty...bless his heart, he always tries to do the right thing, but, as you've guessed, he doesn't always know what that is, so he sometimes gets himself into serious trouble.

What is God’s name was Kat’s problem? Miss Independent has been on her own for so long she didn’t know how to accept help. And I can understand that but she knew better. Stubborn pride could’ve cost her, her child. Tsk tsk tsk, crazy lady! Plus I think she’s scared to rely on or trust Scotty, which is certainly warranted in light of her past relationship. But Scotty’s different, a fact I’m sure is just as scary.
Moving day was a nightmare (and very well-written), Kat didn’t make it any easier and now its about to get worse, at least for her and Scotty because apparently, Lilly didn’t know anything about it.
Scotty has a way with kids, and women, he’s a cool dude. I think Kat likes him a little too much for comfort. Hehehe, its great to see her unraveling around him. Can’t wait to see what happens next….Author's Response:
You hit the nail on the head; she doesn't know how to accept help, and she's terrified to trust anyone, with anything. Scotty is different, and I think she knows that, but, you're right, she's scared of that, too. She's just a messed-up ball of issues.
Nope, Lilly had no idea what happened after their showdown about the end table. This is brand new information for her. It'll be interesting to see what she does with it.
Scotty's a sweetheart, and he really is great with kids. I got most of the Scotty + Kids stuff from a scene on the show that featured his nephew, as well as the scene where he met Veronica. And if you think you've seen Kat unraveling...just wait until the next chapter. Which should be up soon.

((sighs) Kat is so stubborn, she's determined to do things on her own that put her at risk and just to get a rise out of Scotty; of course. Got a sinking feeling that her stubborness is about to get the best of her. I like how Lilly notices somethings going on between them before they even can acknowledge what they feel.
Thanks for getting me hooked on the show. Every Sunday after True Blood, I watch Cold Case. I also try to record the two back to back shows that come on at 2 and 3 in the morning every night. It's sad that I have to time it so that I can wake up just at the precise moment they are about to vome on then I record it and go back to sleep. Yep, you got me HOOKED!!!! LOL

I also love how perceptive Lilly is. She's more on the ball about these two than they are, that's for sure. The ones in it are always the last to know. (My friends saw things going on between my hubby and me long before we were a couple!)
