Seriously, I think this was kind of breathtaking in that it's a short and simple collection of moments between these two and still conveys so much longing that it got me choked up a bit. And it felt so painfully honest too.
I love that they never say what they're feeling though I really, really wanted them to. But that's not how it works is it? I can't count how many times I've been in a similar situation only to realize years later that I let that moment pass me by. I felt all kinds of things when reading this and that's when I know something is damn good.
In case you didn't know, I'm a huge fan of your writing. I look foward to your future stories. Thanks so much for sharing this one. :)

I sorta feel like this happens all the time and I just want to be cupid for a day and go to all those offices where everyone is in love with everyone else. hahaha And I totally know that feeling, that you've missed something because no one said anything. It can be really sad what we keep ourselves from having. *sigh*

I was sitting here in my office before class and had a little extra time to kill so decided to catch up on your fic. I seriously now have the biggest smile on my face. This one shot was kinda perfect. I kinda hate you right now, because I want to read it again and I can't.
It's so funny, sweet, romantic and ANGSTY. I love how you snuck the sad in there when I wasn't paying attention. I was grinning like an idiot and you kill me dead with those last few lines.
I would say I want more of these two, a HEA and all but I'm not sure I do. I like to think they eventually admit how they feel but I think the way you ended this has such emotional heft I don't know if I'd want you to change it. In my head they're married with babies, two babies and a dog.

Oh, and I laughed out loud at "You look like dessert. And I am hungry." LMAO!

Three years is a long time to be having such a secret crush... a mutual secret crush. I hope that one day one of them gets up the nerves to say something or act on heir attraction.
This was a very nice short, capturing each person's frustrations with being stuck in jobs they hate. Their hopes revolve around their connection to each other. Their desperation of being trapped in unfulfilling jobs is written so clearly.

wow very nice written but had one problem it to short lol i was reading and like they never going to tell each other how the feel but it you so you like to tease lol. I like the little covn they had in their heads of what they realy wanted to say each other to cute . i like it girl and thanks for posting it and thanks for the updated.
