I wonder why they killed Pearl and not Sally.
Sally is going to give her captor such a hard time lol. I can see it now. And I almost feel sorry for him. I really like this so far and I'm looking forward to chapter 3.

Ok Ms. Pearl had me laughing and the comment about her falling back on the bed had me laughing with Sally!
OK this whole updt was packed full of action and quite a bit of funny....I yelled I laughed and I yelled again..I loved it!
I cannot wait to see what happens when she gets to the Indians home....what is her abductor looking for and why didn't he kill her like they killed the others...this is getting so good.
I cannot hardly wait for more...good job sweetie...!!!

Oh my! I loved the your description of the Indian raid... really pulse pounding. Although what happened to Mrs Pearl was a bit horrific, I'm more concerned with Sally and her future. What happens next, with her now being in the hands of Indians?!

The imagery you invoked in your description of the Indian raid made me feel as if I was there experiencing the horrors myself...the fear...the smell of smoke of the many fires...the horrified screams of the townspeople...all communicated so beautifully...
Poor Sally...now she is truly all alone...can't say I'm sorry that Mrs. Pearl got hers...but the attack on her was so vicious...what will be Sally's fate now that she's been kidnapped and taken away by 'savages' as she believes...
Is it too early to start demanding a new update, pronto...wow...this is some story...I'm peeing my pants with excitement for the next installment...

Okay girlie ya over your limit, now on to chapter 3. The description was so vivid and I could imagine the smoke, screaming and yelling and poor Ms. Pearl loading and firing the musket. Total chaos with poor Sally on the back of the horse. Wonderful update!
