This is my happiness, reading your story. I am a student and I should be doing my homework, but I can not. I will stop after chapter 20 in order to get a few things done, but I will be back to continue this wonderfully written piece of fiction.  I can see the faces of the characters you chose and you picked a bunch of good ones. Thank you for being such a great writer. I love this story again. Thanks for making Nikolai human.....I knew he had fallen in love with Sunny. I just wish Darla was not the first one to discover it. She is like a worm in a beautiful apple...the serpent in the Garden of Eden!I am giving you a ten, because he confessed his love for Sunshine, even if it was in Russian!

Yes this is a bridge chapter, I know the excitement is about to take place. Please get rid of the Skank and soon, but keep Jacob alive so he can find out about Darla's try motives. Help Sergei find a nice girl he can fall in love with so he will not end up with cement shoes, sleepin' with the fishes! All in all still a good chapter even though it was short!

I am giving you a 10, because this story is Damn Good even without the sex. Thank you for making Nikolai the better man and not killing her father, because even though she is mad at him right now, it is still her father and she would never forgive Nikki for it, and I don't think he could stand her hating him, cuz he has fallen head over heels for her.  I hope there is no trouble when he takes her to Russia and they find out he is in love with a black woman.  I hope Jacob takes this warning and checks himself into a rehab, even though I know it will never happen, I have a feeling Jacob and Darla are going to get together to try and get Nikolai back, but in the end they will be working together for their own personal vindetta.  Please do not let Nikolai or Sunshine get hurt in the process. This story is AMAZING!

Sunshine is very strong to live through the things she has with the death of her mother at such a young age and then her father just giving up on life in general because the woman he loves has died.  I feel sympothy for her father, but I do not feel sorry for the life he has chosed.  He has the informatino to make him better, he just choses not to listen to what is right. "You can lead a horse to water, but you can not make him drink!" Sometimes you have to step back and let a person fend for themselves. All jacob is going to do befriending Just Darla, is make Nicolai mad, and end up getting himself and her killed in the process. I give you a 9 for the heartfelt story that Nikki told Sunshine and the fact that he wants to get to know her in more ways then just sexual! 

Sunny is such a good person, always thinking of the well being of others, it is not in her nature to help Sergei. I love her truthfulness and her unbridled hope for the future and the good of all people. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Poor Sergei, to be in love with the Boss' girl....is not very wise. And to let someone take a picture of them together....ooooh, not very smart. Good story line I will give you an 8 for that, but I will increase it due to the fact you have made her so very strong, but she still has a soft spot in her heart for her father and his sorry life.

It is always hardest to hate the person you love....as the case with Sunshine and her father...she hates the fact that he has placed her in a dangerous situation, but she loves him for being her father.....she knows she has to do whatever it takes for the sake of her little brother and the memory of her mother...not because of him.  She will take on this momentous task of being Nikolai's Sunshine for however long she has too, for that sake alone.  Shame on Papa for putting Sunshine in such a bad situation!

You are talented but your characters are your weakest point. Niko & Sunshine read like Gary Stu and Mary Sue. You are not brave enough to make Niko truly bad, and he comes across as an unrealistic gangster.

And Sunshine has not a shred of independence about her. She is a feminists worst nightmare! She doesn't have a job, she lets Niko consume every aspect of her life. She puts up very little resistance to his control-freak behaviour and this detracts from the story in a major way. He did afterall rape her, even though it was not violently. I think this story would have been better if Sunshine had approached him with a proposition.

idk, you just need to let your characters be not so perfect and not to romanticize gangster culture or, essentially, rape/abuse. There's possessive then there's abuse. I don't think you recognize the difference all that well.

Sergie is my favourite character, even though he is also 2D. Sergie/Sunny would have been much more believeable. 

That said even though I have issues with your characterisation, I'm on chp 28 and I'm still reading. You have a way with drawing in your readers.

Poor Sergei, he's so foolishly in love with Sunshine, that he's blind to her obvious feelings for Nikolai and intentions towards him.

I wanted to see more of the two of them though...like something intimate ;-) Sergei is somewhat innocent and naive to the social life code, I like this character !
