YES I enjoyed It, I have a soft spot for characters who start off knowing eachother as children...when written well.I think you've written very well so far....setting them up as frenemies in a love-hate situation. Love that!

Awwww! That was so cute and funny. DC had to go to school with a black eye. How much older is he to Julia she is 5 so how old is he cause he said he did not want anyone to know that he got hit by a 5yr old plus it was a girl....LOL!!!!

Yes!!! Awesome start!!! I absolutely loved the beginning of this story. It had me laughing straight through especially Larry and his lil slugger Julia. Julia was a tough little cookie at 5yrs giving 10yr old DC a black eye. Loving me some Julia. I'm sure DC will step up to the plate when they're older. This start has definitely left a smile on my face and I can't wait to read more.
