That was really tragic!  I felt deeply sorry for her losing her Acting job because, apparently it is a love in her life, perhaps her only worthwhile meaning for her.  And then to go on and read her horrible childhood; experiencing forced coitus at 7years of age because her drug addict mother sold her.  In America we really only believe such atrocities occur in starving 3rd world countires, so its shocking to see it happening here.

Story was very well written and character very well drawn and believable.

Wow first of all thanks for the shout out though it's not like I did much!  I have to say I truly love this story.  It was a really powerful journey that you took the reader on with the unnamed heroine.  It's really emotionally jarring and real, there are so many young women out there that have these same struggles and get up everyday and keep going.  Thank you for sharing this with us.

Oh, this just tore me up inside. I felt so bad for her, and you described her pain so vividly. It was heartbreaking really.

That was really powerful.  I'm glad you reposted this truth.  There was a lot going on there and it made me want to know more.  I like how you made the connection between your main character and her mother (did she have a name--I might have looked over it). It's obvious she needs help and the entertainment industry is the exact wrong place to look for it.  Very powerful stuff.  Thanks for posting.
