Title: Chapter 4: Why a Songbird Sings

Your mistakes do not distract me from the meaning of the story. I can read past them to get to the point you are trying to make. I like the direction the story is about to take. I hope James can be strong and learn to lean on Melvin and accept his help with Charles and Pearl, because she is going to need it. Hopefully, Charles will not be able to hurt Tristen in his quest to break James. Is it just me or is "Trigger" jealous. I bet Pearl (during her crackhead years) let him have sex with James when she was a child, and now he thinks James is his property, just like that "Sorry Ass" Momma of hers! Keep it up, you write better than you give yourself credit for.

Title: Chapter 3: Snowball's Chance in Hell

The first kiss will always be the one to dictate how the relationship will either begin or end. If the first kiss curls your toes or is a "WOW" the relationship will get better and better. But if the first kiss is a lack luster performance or a "YUCK" then the relationship will crash and burn very quickly.  I am glad Tristen gave James a "WOW" kiss, she deserves a little more "WOW" in her life!

Title: Chapter 2: Life is hard

I think her personality is good for a person who has had a lot of disappointments in their lives. But with her "dry sense of humor" she will be able to open up and allow herself to find love and understanding. It will be a struggle for any man, but it will be worth it in the end. It also helps that she has friends that do not take her too seriously. Quinn and Xander are the glue that will keep her sane and help her through hard times....they will be her rocks!

I am glad  Tristen was jealous, he was beginning to become too much of a nice guy! But anytime a man thinks his "property" is being threatened they will lash out! And he did, in the only way he could without being abusive.  Pool sex has always been one of my favorites!  And anytime an man can make you cum with his tongue is always a plus to me!  Who hasn't had car sex?
