Ahh, the good ole boys…don’t you just wanna kill ‘em?  If not literally, at least erase their antiquated and very delusional beliefs of grandeur. Urgh, it’s so annoying.   Anyhoo, Grace reminds me of another person I know [moi] who simply cannot keep her mouth shut when there’s injustice and stupidity involved.  Something tells me her vocal frustrations will be a health hazard if she’s not careful.

I like the plot, the opening cast is befitting of their character, especially Holland.  Jerks like him often mask their true…coveted indulgences of the ‘Grace’ persuasion. But Dorothy-Mae (I love Kathy Bates) is a spitfire that makes the negatives more tolerable with wisdom and understanding.

What’s wrong with her mom?  Are her parents divorced?  (Love your casting choices there as well)

Now this is interesting:  a celibate man of three years?!  Wow. Not saying it’s impossible it’s just rare (his decision based on reckless behavior is very plausible and so him). I really like Pete’s persona:

It was his way: quiet, unobtrusive, and completely pulled in within himself, to the point that a person could forget that he was even present.

People like that – quiet and mysterious – are much more interesting to observe and when they speak, they something to say, not frivolous chatter just to hear themselves talk.

Madeline was gutsy with her audition selections yet smart b/c of the range in her voice. Go girl!

MJ, I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed this last chapter. It was H.O.T.T.T.  TO DEF!  Very sexy!  I kept waiting with bated breath for something – like Victor to be a prick and try to harm her or, someone – like Trigger’s funky ass - to ruin the scene as often happens in shows or stories but how very pleasantly surprised I was that they connected without pause…FINALLY!  Lol

As they recovered in the aftermath, Tristen looked down into the tired but satisfied face of James Binton and breathed, “I love you.”

And that was the cherry on top!

Now here I sit with more anticipation of what will happen next…particularly James’ reaction to Tristan’s declaration.  Will she return his sentiment? Will she run from the inevitable, constantly allowing negativity to drag her through life?  Something tells me Tristan needs her just as much as James needs him and I hope they continue on this path to make their relationship a reality.

First off, thank you SO much for updating!  I hadn’t realize how much I’d missed James and Tristan’s story until I was reacquainted with their love-affair.  These characters always make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside…I can’t explain why, they just do.  With that said, I'm completely stoked that they’re pregnant with twins!  Yay!!

James’ apprehension about becoming a mother is understandable but she is NOT her evil breeder.  She will be a wonderful mom and Tristan no doubt will be a loving, protective father.  The moment Tristan learned he’d be a dad twice over was priceless.  As for Madamn  Molyneux…well…all I can is, chick (wouldn’t that just piss her pompous ass off, lol)  is a trip. Thankfully James can handle her even though Adele’s nasty attitude is no-less hurtful.

A couple of questions:  about how far along is James and Pepe is whose father, Adele’s her Tristan’s father’s?

OH! WHAT AM I THINKING?!!! THE PROPOSAL!  IT WAS AWESOME!!  Please tell me she said yes…

This had to happen for James to realize that the survival of her unborn child is paramount. She's already in love with her baby and those fools won't stop until they destroy her so moving abroad shouldn't be up for debate.

Some way, some how, there has got to be a special HELL for Trigger and Pearl, one that they'll never forget.  It won't compare to the irreparable damage done to an innocent child but long-suffering punishment must be rendered with the quickness!

What kind of connections does his mother have? She hates Americans but that her grandbaby they're effing with! Hell, for that matter, what connect does Melvin have?

I can't wait to see Tristan and what happens next.

Good lookin' out on the update chica!

I just started reading this story yesterday and I must say that I'm enjoying it.  Aiden and Kale – who is my fav treat, yummy – initially seemed…desperate or young or something I can’t quite put my finger on but they’ve grown on me and I see understand their unique bond, and especially the love they have for Mia.

I also realize Mia’s apprehension and vulnerabilities now that she knows how they feel about her and more importantly, how she feels about them.  During the last scene I was like, ‘oh no, they’re going to consummate their relationship without Kale!’ But I'm glad they, or rather Mia, pumped the brakes b/c the trio are a couple now…especially since this will be special time of her life; she’ll ‘become a woman’ as it were and that should include both of them making love to her…not just one.

I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next.

I think we are do for a bit more Aster, don't you?

HECK no!  lol  I don't know what the deal is between Hanna and Aster but it doesn't seem as if he [Aster] makes her happy. But if Boon gets involved with her, she'll only hurt him in the long run.  Hanna appears to be stuck-on-stupid with Aster; it's as if Aster is her addiction she just can't kick.

Hurry and update, I gotta see what happens next! :)

Very nice…very sophisticated and intelligent read.  Both characters are endearingly flawed and incredibly sexy.  I love the experience of them.

Why was Jordan drinking himself into a stupor anyway?  I mean, dude is on top of the world, right? His career is booming, all women want him and all men want to be him so what's the deal? Apparently everything isn't roses and maybe this chick Jenna is the reason why.  Obviously he isn't THAT into her because he can't even remember her name after taking one look at his wife!

Brooke and Sam are great!  I love how he counters her snarky remarks with swagger-snark of his own. I love to see their reactions to the shocking news-flash. Loved the update, can we have another soon? :) 

For me…Ashton Kutcher’s What Happens in Vegas comes to mind.  I liked the movie and I like what you’re doing here with your version thus far.  Most stories ‘sound’ the same or have similar plots or premise…and so it’s difficult for an author to make it unique and memorable however, it’s a great opportunity to explore your imagination thereby honing your skills as a writer, isn’t it? *wink* :)

I also like the characterization and the technique used to develop their personas.  Can’t wait to see when the new husband and wife meet again! Lol  Great start, please do continue.
