A response to the songfic challenge.
OH this was such a nice one shot story. I really enjoyed it. It brought tears to my eyes...love so pure and simple but it really wasn't all that simple...how did they endure their time apart? Who raised her when her mother died? How did they reconnect? Are they married now? Of course I want to know more about this couple but I think that it is better if I just enjoy what you have written and just imagine the rest. Thanks so much for such a touching story. Take Care.
Author's Response: I agree: the best part of reading (and even watching films and television) for me is imagining all the little things that the author/creator hasn't provided for the audience. That's probably what the allure of fan fiction is. Sometimes imagining those things is what leads to an original story!

I am a little confused. Sasha had sex with Allen who used her to make partner and she finally realized what he did and now she is in the office trying to get a meeting with their boss who is basically ignoring her. What does the guy at Club Blu with Sasha? Why is Portia so excited?Thanks

Portia is happy because she thinks it's about time Allen got his due.

Book 1: Begins with Salomi's miraculous birth in 1900, her father's struggle for money and being a widow which leads him to a life of organized crime, the Titanic, silent films and burlesque clubs all the way into the 1920's, the Jazz Era.
