Nikolai and Sunshine make such sweet wonderful love together!!

My heart often hurts for Nikolai for he is trapped in a sometimes a painful prison of his love for Sunshine, the pain comes because of his fear of eventually losing her.  Ironically he created his own nightmare, in acquiring her through the force of her needing to save her father he never can rely that she really remains with him because of the deep feelings for him he knows she has.  If she really had her freedom, if her father's debt were paid, would she leave?

Then there is the five year term of their agreement, so unlike a voluntary couple; regardless of her deep feelings for him, he feels continually that she, his source of life, his Bliss, is temporary and he wants assurance that it is permanent. 

Yes, my heart hurts for Nikolai, although I joy along with him in the happiness of his Bliss, there is always his underlying pain, his fear of loss of that Bliss. 

Onimosity, this is a great and powerful story, that continues to evolve deeper into life's depths; I cannot stop reading it, all day, each day.  Thank you!

I always suspected Nikolai suffered from a deficiency of parental love when young, even his mother turned her back on him.

LOL, Jacob is going to trust the swindler Peanut again, he'll just rob him again, but Jacob's gamblers heart continues to victimize him!

I'm glad Jacob died.  He would have been determined to separate Sunshine from Nikolie's life; Nikki really loves her, needs her and I think Sunny may love him too, she is certainly happy with him.  Jacob never was an asset to his family, more a liability but just because he failed them does not mean Nikki will fail Sunny, regardless he is a gangster.  Love is so important especially true love that Nikki has for Sunny, love sometimes comes in the least ideal of circumstances but it is unhappiness to reject it, because of circumstances; just as Jasmine in her wisdom of heart knew to never give up on Jacob.

OH!  This bitch piece of trash Darla, telling Sunshine what Nikolai did to try and keep her father gambler-addicted in order to keep Sunshine, that is not really some virtue on her part but more motivated by revenge because, Nikolai dropped Darla for Sunshine whom he loves, he never loved nor respected this tramp Darla, GAWD! I hate her!

  True, Nikki was wrong to do what he did but, he was desperate to keep his beloved Sunshine!  And ultimately Jacob continued to be motivated by his own addiction, without Darla any longer being in his company.

  I wish Nikolai would catch Darla and torture her life, death is too good for her, make her work in slum rat infested bars where she is continual feltup by filthy bums and drug addicts!    

Nikolai got me crying again, he misses Sunshine so very much!  I feel sorry for Sunny too, her heart is also in pain!  She continues to kiss and gently touch her finger tips to her lips that had merely touched the back of Nikki's neck!  Yeah, she's heartsick, just won't admit it!!

I'm so glad Nikolai hasn't given up, I hope he get's a date with Sunny!

AH!  Nikolai is courting Sunny!  GAWD!  That was so romantic that he continually drives by her building just to be near her and tonight he couldn't resist, got out of the car called her, just to hear her voice and perhaps influence her to let him come up.  OH!  Their courtship itself is HOT, gives me little tingles!!!

Alan's father's race hatred is typical of most but he really violently expresses it.  He is ready to kill Alan to terminate his son's union with a Black girl!  The bulwarks of race hatred are strong! It seems Alan sincerely cares for Regina, I think their initial attraction for each other is seeing the beauty in their racial differences! Since, all persons are initially attracted to another by the positive feeling they feel about the others physical appearance! But, this couple is paying a high and dangerous price for following their hearts and Regina's mom spoke the truth when she said it would not be much different in New York, (just a little less overt). 

I can understand Regina's fascination with Alan but, I strongly wonder of his motivations.   

I have to wonder if Regina experiencing all this hate and rape of her self esteem worth it; i mean how necessary is it for her to be with the White boy Alan?  She is drawn to his looks which are his racial features and that is okay because we are all part of the variant garden God purposely created, so difference is an enjoy!  BUT, THIS IS A LOT OF MISERY FOR REGINA TO ENDURE FOR CROSSING THE LINE!

WOW!  What a exciting cast!  Including my favorite Denzel Washington, as coach Boone and an interesting actor, whose name I don't know, but he's cast as coach Yoast.  What a name, Yoast, like toast, LOL Anyway, thanks so much for the great pictures! 

I'm certainly greatly interested to discover:  What country is Seven in, was she transported out of America as she herself wonders?  And how can she be continually held in bondage?  I understand one can fear where to run but, just being free of being sold/owned by another, a stranger and a man; is motivation enough to run and presume whatever way you find for shelter and food will be better than being owned at the desires and whims of your owner.  Seven and the other females are held in captivity like stray dogs in the worst of conditions; however, perhaps these inhuman conditions, malnutrition and some beatings or fear of beatings help to temporarily break their will.  Nevertheless, once a woman is sold and her captivity not so confining how can she be kept a prisoner unless chained.  

I hope you continue installments of this story.  It seems not to lapse into the usual cliche that is becoming boring of "girl remaining captive because she falls for a captor who is charming, handsome and generous".  So far these captors are brutal and inhuman like the slave owners during United States colonial period. And Seven although a virgin, is not innocent about the world, she knows it is full of horrible ugly cruelty, including her own drug addict mother who has sold her for drugs.

So it could be interesting to see how this bondage story will evolve. 

This is some really heavy sh*t!  

So Ally's mother killed her father after discovering that to save his own life, he turned all their daughters into trained killers for the Marines since age 13.  And two of the daughters years later died, I guess while in service, but they did get a chance to marry, unlike Ally.  The Marine police are now coming for moma Sheila but what is the purpose of the special tea Ally's given to moma?

Damn!  so glad I found this story, I wanted a very unique type of mystery, in which romance/sex would be only one of the several components, and this story is it.
