God, I wish Madison would stop with these childish fantasies with Dante.  Regardless of how he perceived how long he has been in his relationship he hasn't left her.  He has allowed this woman to continuously talk down to her.  Now all of a sudden he want to be in her business because Matt realized the gem that she is and has laid claim.  Don't fall for the okie doke Madison.  This man only cares for you as a friend otherwise he would have made a move before now.  She really needs to let his behind go, otherwise she will jeopardize her real relationship.  Even if it wasn't Matt, move on to someone who recognizes your worth.

Now I am tired of Nathan's behind.  Everyone is acting like she 12.  Did they forget that Princess Diana was married at a young age and everyone was like Awww.  True love and caring doesn't come with a certain age restriction or income requirement.  That is probably why most of those marriages have adultery and unhappy kids running around.  If he found the love of his life why begrudge his friend the same.  You have his back, end of discussion.  Wish him the best.  I hope he does marry Madison so they can all shut up.  So freakin' tired of that mess.  Their are HS sweethearts who have been married for 50 yrs.  when you are with the right one, it's good.

Matt is walking a fine line with this Kincaid character and I hope him and Maddie don't get caught in the crossfire.  I understand he can't tell her especially with her naïveté, she would go to lunch blurting everything because she trusts this man.  What she needs to do is her own homework on him.  Loved how Matt put that Trick Louisa in her place.  Curious to what Grandad said to her.  She needs to stop listening to people who do not have your best interest at heart and learn to listen to her own heart and let that guide her.  The last thing Matt needs to do is step in the ring ready to knock MF's out and his corner is empty with the one who he is fighting for,m his purpose.

Why do I have the feeling that the gentlemen she does business with is going to bite him in his luscious behind.  My goodness, even now with understanding just how horrible Madi felt emotionally in your home you couldn't even chastise your own daughter and truly admit your mistakes.  If this is family, who the hell needs enemies.  I have family backstabbing me every single chance they get, downplaying my happiness.  No encouragement whatsoever.  If Madi was so special why treat her like dirt underneath their house.  Why sell her mother's property and then have the gall to act like HER money from HER mother was somehow wrong.  Good riddance to them all.  Tell you lazy ass daughter to get a freakin' job or a loan and she can pay her own way thru school. 

I am happy Madi told Matt off a little because this wasn't about him.  He got the situation brought out in the open and because of her love for him and how he has shown her how to be treated, allowed her to truly face the issues she was running away from.  Interesting how no asked Madi, WHY?  Why did you tear up the check?  What happened prior to this?  No one gave a damn about her feelings at all.  Loved  how one word from Matt had them all shut the hell up. 

Oooohhhh, I was heated reading that chapter.  You had me about figure out how to digitize myself like Tron and kick some ass on her behalf.  Don't look worried now that you gravy train is gone.  Little too late.  Let see how they cope without asking her for more money. 

You can see Matt's conviction in his love for Madi and guess what, we never know someone else 100%.  We are entitled to have something of ourselves to ourselves.  Matt can't change who he is.  Can't change he white, can't change he's rich but he can control how he treats Poppet and that is what Aunt Cleo and family (scathingly) should be concerned about.  He can't change others thoughts or perspectives and he'll go crazy trying.  If he gets the patriarch on his side then everyone else will follow.

Oh that Bish!!  See it is time for some putting down roots and whipping a bish ass with my limbs until she crying.  Now I want Breezy to fight for her man.  Don't let this heffa get away with this manipulative crap.  So I am guessing from this conversation that he married Sara because he thought she was pregnant with his child when she was actually pregnant with someone else's child and now that decision to marry her and most likely have slept with her while with Breezy has Breezy running for the hills.  At this point I feel sorry for Jace.  He has 2 stubborn women in his life.  One he wants to get rid of and One he wants.  Hmmm, wonder how he will resolve this because no matter what he says, she will only think he is saying it to get into her pants.  His best friend is going to have to help him.  Paul and her sister will need to help him so he will have to appeal to them I think, otherwise I don't see her staying in the same room as him for 5 seconds.  Can't wait for the next chapter tomorrow.

These priests are ridiculous.  How can you practice being closer to the Gods and you allow one of your own to defile an innocent young girl and do nothing but turn your heads and spill lies and atrocious comments towards her.  They all need to be beheaded including Sap.  Someone who was there to protect one of their own and you want her put down.  That is your ignorance, jealousy and hatred.  They had no disputeagainst hte statements that Pharoah Raad put to them.  Now we have 2 women coming into the  household and he is more than aware that Kira is not someone to sit idly by.  She will be ferocious in her need to stay away from him to keep her sanity before she ever places herself as second or mistress.  I feel this is when she will truly miss being at home and possibly marrying the other guy because at that point she would have the respect of a wife.  I think if he decides on marrying one of these girls, he will have to send Kira home to Nubia.  I think I would rather be away and have some semblence of sanity vs being hit with reality daily of what cannot be.  Looking forward to your next chapter.  P.S.  They should have let her cut off his pleasure stick first. 

Oh Annabelle is going to be a problem.  She helped him with getting out of shape because she didn't want anyone else with him but she wanted to dip in other waters.  Now he has found someone who fascinates him and she is jealous.  Camryn better watch her back because Richard canceling routine Friday plans is not going to go over well.  Let's see how these dates compare.

Okay, as the story continues, I understand more on why he didn't tell her.  She is not comforting at all.  He probably would have gotten a cold reaction by telling  him to forget about it and grow up or something.  I can't imagine her acting the same way as Camryn.  He respected her and he felt lust for her but I don't truly believed Richard really loved Annabelle and maybe she knew it and recognizes the fact he is well and truly in love with Camryn.  At this point as a grown ass woman, Annabelle needs to let this ish go.  Why are you so bent on attempting to get back in his arms when he has clearly, simply stated he don't want you.  Go find the f*uck buddy you had for Christmas. 

Anywhoo, I can't wait for her momma's reaction when she show up with Richard, a white dude after that speech about her oldest son's girlfriend.  Momma a trip.  At some point you have to want the best for your children and listen to your children.  Camryn has told you numerous times she doesn't want ol boy.  Stop telling him her personal business before you get your daughter physically hurt with his can't take no behind.

I hope they pull through and let her get thru this internship and have Jamison fix Mason, Martin whatever his name is...he is getting on my nerves.  The dude that is so frakin entitled he can't handle ONE woman telling him no...please I feel there is more to it than that.

Now I thought the ValentChamber was here to express interracial couplings with the heroine being black unlike 80% of the books that are published in mainstream...am I mistaken, please let me know because if so I am unsure about the complaints.

Regardless I just want the woman to be a POC, because we do not get the benefit of being the "love interest" stories, we're typically more of the "love interest, sassy, loud mouth, single best friend" in movies and books.

At this point, Blake can take a hike.  He is just like a previous commenter stated, immature, inconsiderate and selfish exactly.  To place a person who he suppose to care about in this position is ridiculous.  Even if he had faith in her abilities to blindside her is inappropriate.  To make a bet like that with his friends and can't tell his ex no, not out of the fact Minnie is a warden but out of RESPECT for my relationship with her.  He didn't tell her at first about the location of the gig because he KNOWS it is wrong on so many levels.  Continue to listen to your friends and watch you will be alone or with a girl you clearly broke up with for a reason.  You can't smell SET UP.  I hope Minnie tells him to get lost when he comes to pick up the terrible trio and never speak to his behind again.  She needs a man who doesn't let serious discussions, situations just fall to the wayside.  I hope he steps out of pocket tonight because I will be right next to Minnie helping her to whoop his behind like it was Madea's I can do bad all by myself re-enactment.  I am so waiting on your next update because I am dying to know what is happening at this party.  Someone will spill the beans if not his ex.

Wondering if you will revisit this story?  I know sometimes you lose the muse for the story and it's a challenge to find it again.  Want to let you know there are readers interested and patiently waiting for any updates.  The story was fun so far.

I'm trying to figure out when Farah is going to boil over.  Will it be the wedding or the reception?  I am not sure about her and Rowan's relationship.  Feel like someone else is out there for him.  Do want Farah to have her own love because it has to hurt for this to be in her face everyday, all day.
